Արցախի խորհրդարանը վաղն արտահերթ նիստ է գումարելու

Ապրիլի 26-ին Արցախի Հանրապետության խորհրդարանի ղեկավար Արթուր Թովմասյանը խմբակցությունների ղեկավարների, հանձնաժողովների նախագահների և աշխատակազմի պատասխանատուների մասնակցությամբ աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն է հրավիրել:
Քննարկվել են ԱԺ հերթական նիստի օրակարգային հարցերը:
Օրակարգում ընդգրկված են Արցախի Հանրապետության դատախազության 2022թ. գործունեության մասին տարեկան հաղորդումը, Արցախի Հանրապետության առաջին ընդհանուր իրավասության ատյանի դատարանի դատավորի և Արցախի Հանրապետության վերաքննիչ դատարանի դատավորի նշանակման մասին հարցերը:
Օրենսդրական նախաձեռնություններից օրակարգում ներառված են «Անշարժ գույքի գնահատման գործունեության մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություն կատարելու մասին» /երկրորդ ընթերցում/, Արցախի Հանրապետության Սահմանադրության, «Յոթերորդ գումարման Ազգային ժողովի հաշվիչ հանձնախումբ ստեղծելու մասին» Ազգային ժողովի 2020 թվականի մայիսի 21-ի ԱԺՈ-001-7 որոշման մեջ փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին», «Կրթության մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություններ և լրացում կատարելու մասին» և «Հարկադիր կատարումն ապահովող ծառայության մասին» օրենքում լրացում և փոփոխություն կատարելու մասին» նախագծերը:
Հերթական նիստը կամփոփվի օրենսդիր-գործադիր հարց ու պատասխանով և պատգամավորական հայտարարություններով:
Խորհրդակցության ավարտին Արթուր Թովմասյանը հայտարարել է, որ ապրիլի 27-ին՝ ժամը 11:00-ին, կգումարվի ԱԺ հերթական նիստ:
