«Որ հասարակությունը չջնջի ներքին «կարմիր գծերը»
Երկրում հաստատվել է պատային վիճակ, որը բերում է անհուսության աճի և, հետևաբար, ագրեսիայի գեներացման. թքելը, անձրևանոց նետելը, ամբիոն գրավելը ծիծաղելու բաներ են՝ այն սցենարի համեմատ, ինչը կարող է տեղի ունենալ, դեպի ուր մենք գնում ենք։
Զորքով և ալենատիպերով շրջապատված ՄԵԿ հոգին և դիմացը՝ անլիդերություն։ Սա ամենապարարտ միջավայրն է՝ ռացիոնալի, գրագետի պարտության ու անկառավարելի ագրեսիայի համար։ Սրանից պետք է վախենալ։ Կա մոլորված-տագնապած մեծ հասարակություն, որը լավ չի պատկերացնում ռիսկերն ու իր գլխին գալիքը, սակայն ներքուստ զգում է վտանգները, և կա մոտ 100 հազար քաղաքացի՝ սուր վիրավորված արժանապատվությամբ, պետականության և հայրենիքի կորստի կսկիծով, ու ամեն ինչի պատրաստ։
Ես չգիտեմ՝ իշխանության սենյակներում սա հասկանու՞մ են, թե՞ Նիկոլից ահից այլևս ոչինչ չեն հասկանում։
Մենք, որպես պետություն, այլևս կարմիր գծեր չունենք։ Հիմա «կարմիր գիծն» է դեպի մեզ անարգել գալիս ու ամեն անգամ ստեղծում նոր իրականություն։ Սա նշանակում է, որ հասարակության ներսում նույնպես կարող են ջնջվել զսպող կարմիր գծերը։
Մենք պետությունը, մեզ, մեր ընտանիքները, մեր դարերի պատմությունը, մեր ճակատագրերը դարձրել ենք ՄԵԿ հոգու խաղալիք։ Ու նա խաղում է՝ ինչպես ուզում է. խփում է պատերին, ջարդում է, ուզում ես սարքել՝ չի թողնում, խաղալու ձևը չգիտի, ուզում ես հուշել՝ չի լսում, ավելի ուժեղ է ջարդում, հետո ասում է՝ ես չեմ ջարդել և այսպես շարունակ։
Ստեղծված պատային վիճակը պետք է փոխել։ Ներսում պետք է գնալ հաշտության և միասնական օրակարգի ճանապարհով, որ հնարավոր լինի կասեցնել դրսի վտանգը ու թույլ չտալ ներսում արյունալի, անկառավարելի սցենարներ։ Պետք է դուրս գալ խաղալիքի կարգավիճակից և գնալ ներքին հաշտության. դա է երկրում անկառավարելի ագրեսիայից խուսափելու և նոր, սոլիդ իշխանություն ձևավորելու ճանապարհը»,-գրել է Հովհաննիսյանը։
