Նախորդ տարվա դեկտեմբերի 12-ից հետո, երբ Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի Հանրապետությունը շրջափակվեց, Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի Արցախի գրասենյակի աջակցությամբ և միջնորդությամբ սկսվեց Արցախից հազարավոր բուժառուների տեղափոխումը Հայաստան՝ բուժում ստանալու համար։ Բացի այդ, Կարմիր խաչի աջակցությամբ մինչև այժմ  տեղի են ունենում ընտանիքների վերամիավորումները, այն ընտանիքների, որոնց անդամների մի մասը շրջափակման հետևանքով մնացել է Հայաստանում, մյուս մասը՝ Արցախում։

168.am-ի հետ զրույցում ԿԽՄԿ Արցախի գրասենյակի հաղորդակցության բաժնի պատասխանատու Էթերի Մուսայելյանն ասաց, որ գրասենյակն այսօր իր աշխատանքները շարունակում է  այնպես, ինչպես նախկինում։

«Վերջին երեք օրերի ընթացքում մի խումբ բուժառուների Կարմիր խաչի մեքենաները՝ կողմերի հետ քննարկելով և համաձայնեցնելով, Լաչինի միջանցքով հասցրել են Հայաստան՝ իրենց բուժումը ստանալու նպատակով։  Ինչ վերաբերում է Լիսագոր, Եղցահող և մյուս գյուղերին, ապա այդ գյուղերի բնակիչների հետ մշտապես կապի մեջ ենք, քննարկում ենք բոլոր առաջացած խնդիրները, այս պահին էլ քննարկումների մեջ ենք, և սրանից զատ, ավելին չեմ կարող ասել։ Այդ բնակիչների հետ անընդհատ կապի մեջ ենք, փորձում ենք ինչ-որ ձևով հասկանալ, թե ինչ է կատարվում»,- շեշտեց Էթերի Մուսայելյանը։

Նա նաև ընդգծեց, որ շրջափակման պայմաններում իրականում ադապտացրել են իրենց աշխատանքները, որպեսզի կարողանան խնդիրներին լուծում տալ և աջակցել մարդկանց։

«Այդ խնդիրները, ինչպես ասացի՝ վերաբերում են Արցախից բուժառուներին Հայաստան տեղափոխելուն, ընտանիքների վերամիավորմանը։

Հայաստան բուժառուների տեղափոխման հարցում անհատական դիմումներ մենք չենք ընդունում, օրինակ, բնակիչը չի դիմում։ Դիմումները մեզ փոխանցում են առողջապահության ոլորտի պատասխանատուները։ Այսինքն՝ այն մարդիկ, որոնք գնացել են բուժվելու, իրենք չեն մեզ դիմել, այլ տվյալ ոլորտի պատասխանատուներն են որոշումը կայացրել և դիմել»,- եզրափակեց Էթերի Մուսայելյանը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ պրիլի 23-ին ադրբեջանական կողմն Արցախ-Հայաստան սահմանագծին գտնվող Հակարիի կամուրջը զավթելուց հետո, մաքսակետեր է տեղադրել։ Այս ամենի արդյունքում Արցախի Հանրապետության Լիսագոր, Մեծ Շեն, Հին Շեն գյուղերը և Եղցահող համայնքը՝ Տասը Վերստ, Կանաչ Թալա գյուղերով, գտնվում են տոտալ շրջափակման մեջ, կտրվել է կապը՝ ինչպես  Հայաստանի, այնպես էլ՝ Արցախի հետ։

Հիշեցնենք նաև՝ դեկտեմբերի 12-ին, ժամը 10։30-ի սահմաններում ադրբեջանական կողմը խախտելով 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության դրույթները, բնապահպանական պատճառաբանություններով փակել է Արցախն աշխարհին կապող կյանքի միակ ճանապարհը՝ ոտնահարելով քաղաքացիական բնակչության կենսական շահերն ու իրավունքները:
