ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական առաջին բաժնում ավարտվել է Երևանի 45-ամյա բնակչին ծանր մարմնական վնաս պատճառելու դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի նախաքննությունը:

Քննությամբ ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալներով հիմնավորվել է, որ 2022 թվականի մարտի 3-ին՝ ժամը 02:00-ի սահմաններում, Երևան քաղաքի «Օղակաձև» այգու «Սքեյթ բորդի» դաշտի մոտի զրուցարանում Վայոց Ձորի 39-ամյա բնակիչը կենցաղային հարցի շուրջ վիճաբանել է Երևան քաղաքի 45-ամյա բնակչի հետ: Վիճաբանության ընթացքում 39-ամյա տղամարդը բռունցքով դիտավորությամբ հարվածել է 45-ամյա տղամարդու պարանոցի ձախ հատվածին, որից հետո Երևանի բնակիչը, հնարք կիրառելով, 39-ամյա տղամարդուն գցել է գետնին: Այնուհետ վերջինս վեր է կացել, բաճկոնի ծոցագրպանից հանելով դանակը, 45-ամյա տղամարդուն գցել գետնին: Ապա նստել է նրա որովայնին և, մարմնական վնասվածք պատճառելու դիտավորությամբ, դանակով հարվածել է 45-ամյա տղամարդու կրծքավանդակի ձախ կեսի հատվածում՝ նրա առողջությանը պատճառելով կյանքին վտանգ սպառնացող՝ ծանր մարմնական վնաս։ Դրանից հետո նա  դիմել է փախուստի:

Ավելի ուշ, քննչական գործությունների արդյունքում ձեռք բերված տվյալների իրացմամբ և հետաքննության մարմնի հետ համագործակցությամբ Վայոց Ձորի 39-ամյա բնակիչը հայտնաբերվել է և ներկայացվել վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին։ 

Ձեռք բերված բավարար փաստերի հիման վրա՝ վերջինիս մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել՝ ՀՀ նախկին քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, որը համապատասխանում է ՀՀ գործող քրեական օրենսգրքի 166-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 6-րդ կետին: Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել կալանավորումը:

Նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է: Քրեական վարույթի նյութերը, դատախազի կողմից մեղադրական եզրակացությունը հաստատվելուց հետո, ուղարկվել են դատարան:

 

Ծանուցում. հանցանքի համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
