ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Քաղաքացու օրվա առթիվ։

«Սիրելի՛ ժողովուրդ, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հպա՛րտ քաղաքացիներ,

Այսօր նշում ենք Քաղաքացու օրը և ի՞նչ է դա նշանակում: Մենք ընդգծում ենք Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ժողովրդավարական էությունը, որտեղ ժողովուրդը, Քաղաքացիների հավաքականությունը իշխանության միակ աղբյուրն է, միակ կրողը:

2018 թվականի Ժողովրդական, ոչ բռնի, թավշյա հեղափոխությունից հետո Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում որևէ մակարդակի որևէ ընտրություն չի կեղծվել և Քաղաքացին հնարավորություն է ունեցել կայացնել որոշումներ՝ ավագանի, համայնքի ղեկավար, Ազգային ժողով և վարչապետ ընտրել ազատ կամարտահայտությամբ: Ընտրողների ազատ կամարտահայտությու՛նն է դարձել իշխանության ձևավորման միակ բանաձևը:

Հենց սա էր 2018 թվականի Հեղափոխության առաջնային և առանցքային նպատակներից մեկը, որ իրագործված է լիովին: Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում չկան քաղբանտարկյալներ, չկա որևէ միտք, գաղափար, տեղեկատվություն, որ հնարավոր չէ հանրությանը հասցնել հեռուստատեսային եթերով կամ զանգվածային լրատվության միջոցներով, սոցիալական ցանցերը, քաղաքական, հանրային և տնտեսական գործունեությունն ազատ են լիովին:

Մեր ընդդիմախոսներն ասում են՝ թող չունենայինք ժողովրդավարություն, բայց չունենայինք նաև այն աղետալի ձախողումները, որ ունեցանք՝ մասնավորապես 44-օրյա պատերազմում և դրանից հետո:

Բայց գոնե այսօր պիտի համարձակություն ունենամ ասելու. այդ աղետները վրա հասան երկար տարիներ ժողովրդավարություն, օրինականություն, քաղաքացիական ազատ բանավեճ չունենալու հետևանքով, այն տաբուների, կաղապարների և «ճշմարտությունների» պատճառով, որոնք ստեղծվել էին բարեհունչ վերնագրերի ներքո, բայց ո՛չ հանուն պետականության: Մենք ժամանակին չկարողացանք հաղթահարել այդ տաբուներն ու կաղապարները և դա էր, թերևս, մեր մեծագույն ձախողումը:

Այդ տաբուների գործադրմամբ այսօր էլ փորձ է արվում թույլ չտալ քաղաքական, քաղաքացիական և քաղաքագիտական մտքի զարգացումը, բայց ապագայի առաջ մեր ունեցած պատասխանատվությունը պիտի պարտադրի մեզ ասել՝ հայրենիքը պետությունն է, որը պիտի լինի կոնկրետ, սերը հայրենիքի նկատմամբ օրինապահությունն է, քաղաքացիությունն ինքնություն է, անվտանգության երաշխավորը խաղաղությունն է և այս հենասյուների վրա պիտի կառուցվի Ապագան:

Իսկ հպա՞րտ է արդյոք Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացին:

Պիտի՛ և պարտավոր է լինել հպարտ, որովհետեւ այսպե՛ս դիմակայել դարակազմիկ մարտահրավերներին՝ երկիրն ու տնտեսությունը զարգացնելով, ժողովրդավարության էությանն ու արժեքներին չդավաճանելով՝ հպարտության իրական աղբյուրն է:

Եւ ուրեմն՝

Կեցցե՛ Ազատությունը,
Կեցցե՛ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը,
Կեցցե՛ն մեր երեխաները, որ ապրելու են Ազատ և Երջանիկ Հայաստանում:

Սիրում եմ բոլորիդ, հպարտանում եմ բոլորովդ և խոնարհվում եմ բոլորիդ առջև»,-նշված է ուղերձում:
