Միրզոյանն ու Բայրամովը Վաշինգտոնում «ճանապարհային քարտեզ» կմշակեն․ ԶԼՄ

Վաշինգտոնը պատրաստվում է հաջորդ շաբաթ Ադրբեջանի եւ Հայաստանի միջեւ Ղարաբաղի հարցով բանակցությունների հերթական փուլի անցկացմանը՝ փորձելով հաղթահարել տարաձայնությունները եւ մշակել «ճանապարհային քարտեզ» խաղաղության համար, գրում է ադրբեջանական Turan-ը՝ հղում անելով դիվանագիտական աղբյուրներին:
«Սպասվում է, որ Ադրբեջանի եւ Հայաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարներ Ջեյհուն Բայրամովը եւ Արարատ Միրզոյանը ԱՄՆ մայրաքաղաք կժամանեն արդեն երկուշաբթի՝ մայիսի 1-ին, պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինքենի հրավերով»,-հայտնել է աղբյուրը: Այլ մանրամասներ աղբյուրը չի հայտնել՝ հավելելով, որ արտգործնախարարների հանդիպումը կարող է «տեւել մի քանի օր»:
Պետդեպարտամենտը ուրբաթ օրը լրագրողներին որեւէ մեկնաբանություն չի տվել: Սակայն Պետդեպարտամենտի պաշտոնական ներկայացուցչի տեղակալ Վեդանտ Փաթելը ամենօրյա ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ հայտարարել է, որ Վաշինգտոնը «շարունակում է ակտիվորեն զբաղվել» Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի միջեւ կայուն խաղաղության որոնմամբ: «Դա մի բան է, որին խորապես նվիրված է պետքարտուղար Բլինքենը, ինչպես նաեւ ավագ համակարգող (Լուի) Բոնոն եւ պետքարտուղարի օգնականի պաշտոնակատար (Դերեք) Հոգանը»։
Բլինքենն արդեն բանակցություններ է վարել ինչպես արտգործնախարարների հետ (անցյալ տարվա նոյեմբերին Վաշինգտոնում), այնպես էլ երկու երկրների ղեկավարների հետ (փետրվարին Մյունխենի անվտանգության համաժողովում):
Առաջիկա նախարարական հանդիպումը տեղի կունենա վաղեմի հակամարտության կարգավորման շուրջ Բաքվում եւ Երեւանում Ֆրանսիայի արտգործնախարարի բանակցություններից ընդամենը մի քանի օր անց:
Դիվանագիտական աղբյուրները հայտնում են, որ եթե Վաշինգտոնի բանակցություններում հաջողվի մշակել խաղաղության «ճանապարհային քարտեզ», ապա Եվրոպան կավարտի աշխատանքը՝ մի քանի շաբաթվա ընթացքում խաղաղության պայմանագիր կնքելու համար ընդունելով Ադրբեջանի եւ Հայաստանի առաջնորդներին», հաղորդում է ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցը:
