Հունվարի 9-ին, ժամը 04.26-ին տեղեկություն է ստացվել, որ Նուբարաշեն-Ջրաշեն ավտոճանապարհի 3-րդ կմ-ում ավտոմեքենան մերկասառույցի պատճառով դուրս է եկել ավտոճանապարհի երթևեկելի հատվածից և սահել դեպի առվակը. դուրս բերելու համար անհրաժեշտ է օգնություն:
