Ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցների տեսանյութում շրջափակման մեջ գտնվող համայնքների բնակիչներ են

Հաշվի առնելով ադրբեջանական հերթական տեղեկատվական մանիպուլյացիան Արցախ-Հայաստան սահմանագծին (Լաչինի միջանցքում) դրված անցակետով Արցախի քաղաքացիների իբր ազատ տեղաշարժի շուրջ՝ իրազեկում ենք, որ Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է Արցախի շրջափակումը և խոչընդոտներ ու վտանգներ է հարուցում Արցախի քաղաքացիների, մեքենաների ու բեռների անխափան տեղաշարժի նկատմամբ: Այս մասին հայտնում են ԱՀ տեղեկատվական շտաբից:
Ադրբեջանական անցակետի գոյությունն ու Շուշիի հատվածում փակ ճանապարհն ինքնին ամենամեծ խոչընդոտներն ու վտանգներն են, որոնք խախտում են 2020թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության դրույթները և ՄԱԿ-ի Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանի որոշումը:
Ինչ վերաբերում է ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցների կողմից շահարկվող դեպքին, ապա այդ անձինք երկկողմանի շրջափակման մեջ գտնվող Շուշիի շրջանի չորս համայնքների բնակիչներ են, որոնք անցակետի տեղադրման պատճառով մնացել էին Գորիսում ու ռուս խաղաղապահների աջակցությամբ վերադառնում էին իրենց բնակավայր, և իրենց համար էլ անակնկալ կերպով կանգնեցվել են ադրբեջանցի ծառայողների կողմից: Անընդունելի են ադրբեջանական կողմի բոլոր ջանքերը պահպանելու ապօրինի անցակետը և որևէ կերպ վերահսկելու և խոչընդոտելու Արցախի քաղաքացիների, մեքենաների ու բեռների տեղաշարժը:
Ուստի, վերահաստատում ենք, որ Արցախ-Հայաստան երկկողմանի տեղաշարժը կազմակերպվում է բացառապես ՌԴ խաղաղապահ զորակազմի և Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի կողմից և ուղեկցությամբ՝ ապահովելու համար Արցախի քաղաքացիների նվազագույն անվտանգությունն այդ ճանապարհին: Տեղաշարժի կարիք ունեցող անձինք պետք է առ այսօր գործող ընթացակարգերով դիմեն համապատասխան պետական մարմիններ՝ նշված մեխանիզմներով խնդրին լուծում տալու նպատակով»:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ավելի վաղ ադրբեջանական լրատվամկջոցները մի տեսանյութ էին տարածել, որում երեւում է, որ Արցախի բնակիչները ազատ երթեւեկում են Հակարիի կամրջի վրա տեղադրված անցակետով: Տեսանյութն առաջացրել էր արցախցիների վրդովմունքը:
