Ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցները տեսանյութ էին տարածել, որում երևում է, թե ինչպես են արցախցիներն անցել Հակարիի կամրջի վրա տեղակայված անցակետով։ Այդ տեսանյութում պատկերված անձինք երկկողմանի շրջափակման մեջ գտնվող Շուշիի շրջանի Լիսագոր համայնքի բնակիչներ են եղել, որոնք անցակետի տեղադրման պատճառով մնացել էին Գորիսում։ Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Լիսագորի բնակիչներից մեկը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ ադրբեջանցիներն սկսել են խուզարկել հացով ու դեղորայքով բեռնված մեքենան, համայնքի ղեկավարը ևս եղել է Գորիսից Լիսագոր եկող խմբի մեջ։
«Խմբի մեջ եղել են յոթ հոգի, գնացել էին հաց ու դեղ բերելու։ Գյուղում վիճակը վատ է։ Գնացել են, ճանապարհը փակվել է ու չեն կարողացել հետ գալ։ Երբ եկել են Հակարիի կամուրջի մոտ, այդ ընթացքում ադրեբջանցիներն սկսել են նկարահանել, հետո ստուգել են համայնքի ղեկավարի անձնագիրն ու նոր թողել են, որ անցնեն»,- ասաց բնակիչը։
Արցախը մայր Հայաստանին կապող միակ միջանցքի փակումից հետո Շուշիի շրջանի չորս գյուղ՝ Մեծ Շեն, Հին Շեն, Լիսագոր և Եղցահող գյուղերը մի քանի ամիս է՝ կորցրել էին կապը Ստեփանակերտի հետ։ Հակարիի կամրջի վրա ադրբեջանական անցակետի տեղադրումից հետո՝ այդ գյուղերը հայտնվել են լիակատար ու երկկողմանի շրջափակման մեջ՝ այս անգամ կորցնելով կապը նաև Հայաստանի հետ։
Հիմա Մեծ Շեն, Հին Շեն, Եղցահող և Լիսագոր գյուղերը կանգնած են լուրջ հումանիտար խնդրի առջև։ Մեծ Շենի գյուղապետ Դավիթ Դավթյանի խոսքով՝ գյուղում արդեն կա ալյուրի և դեղորայքի խնդիր։
«Ընտանիքներ կան, որոնք տնտեսել են, ընտանիքներ կան, որ հիմա պարենի խնդրի առաջ են։ Ընտանիք կա, որ մի ձև ծերը ծերին ա հասցնում։ Ընդհանուր վիճակը վատ է»,- ասաց համայնքի ղեկավարը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ ավելի վաղ ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցները մի տեսանյութ էին տարածել, որում երեւում է, որ Արցախի բնակիչներն ազատ երթևեկում են Հակարիի կամրջի վրա տեղադրված անցակետով: Տեսանյութն առաջացրել էր արցախցիների վրդովմունքը:
Արցախի պետնախարար Գուրգեն Ներսիսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել էր, որ արցախցիները խաղաղապահների աջակցությամբ միակողմանի ու անխափան կերպով անցել են ճանապարհը, սակայն անցակետի տեղադրման պատճառով Գորիսում մնացած հայրենակիցների հետ իրենց բնակավայր վերադարձի ճանապարհին անցակետում նրանք հանդիպել են ադրբեջանցիների:
