ԱԺ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության և հանրային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Թագուհի Թովմասյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․

«Կարևոր ու բովանդակալից հանդիպում ունեցա Եվրոպական արտաքին գործողությունների ծառայության մարդու իրավունքների բաժնի ղեկավար Լուիզա Ռագերի, Մարդու իրավունքների հարցերով ԵՄ հատուկ ներկայացուցչի՝ քաղաքական գծով խորհրդական Օգնյան Կարաստամատովի հետ:

Գործընկերներիս ներկայացրի Հայաստանում և Արցախում առկա իրավիճակը՝ շեշտելով Ադրբեջանի կողմից մարդկանց՝ միջազգային կոնվենցիաներով ամրագրված կենսական իրավունքների շարունակ խախտումների մասին:

Ընդգծեցի, որ Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի շրջափակման հետևանքով 120 հազար հայ 21-րդ դարում Արցախում ապրում է պատանդի կարգավիճակում՝ զրկված լինելով աշխարհի հետ կապից, էլեկտրաէներգիայի և գազի, սննդի և կենսական անհրաժեշտության պարագաների բավարար մատակարարումից, ինչի հետևանքով արցախահայությունը հայտնվել է հումանիտար աղետում: Ադրբեջանը, ի թիվս այլ հանցագործությունների, ապօրինաբար անցակետ է տեղադրել Լաչինի միջանցքում, ինչը հայկական կողմի համար անընդունելի է:

Պատմեցի, թե ինչպես վարդենիսցին չի կարողանում գնալ աշխատանքի Սոթքի հանքավայրում, քանի որ ադրբեջանցիները կրակում են խաղաղ բնակավայրերի ուղղությամբ, ինչպես Տեղ գյուղի ու ընդհանրապես Սյունիքի և Գեղարքունիքի մարզերի սահմանամերձ բնակիչները հնարավորություն չունեն անասնապահությամբ զբաղվելու, քանի որ արոտավայրերն օկուպացվել են Ադրբեջանի կողմից:

Խոսեցի նաև Հայաստանում առկա ժողովրդավարական իրավիճակի մասին՝ մատնանշելով երկրում մարդկանց շարունակ խախտվող իրավունքները: Նշեցի, որ ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, ով բոլորովին այլ խոստումներով եկավ իշխանության, ամենօրյա ռեժիմով խաբում է բոլորին՝ անելով այն, ինչ նախկինում քննադատում էր»։
