ԱԺ նիստում հայտարարել է «Հայաստան» խմբակցության անդամ Գեղամ Մանուկյանը։ Նա ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Հակոբ Արշակյանին նախ հարցրել է, թե ինչով է պայմանավորված Թուրքիայի հետ բանակցություններում ՀՀ ներկայացուցիչ Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանի Վաշինգտոն գործուղումը արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանի պատվիրակության կազմում․
«Ին՞չ կարգավիճակով է Ռուբինյանը մասնակցում այդ բանակցություններին, արդյոք հայ-թուրքականը կապված է հայ–ադրբեջանականի հետ։ Ալեն Սիմոնյանի որոշումով Ռուբինյանը գործուղվել է ապրիլի 28-ից մայիսի 5-ը։ Դա նշանակում է որ ենթադրվում էր ի սկզբանե հայտնի էր, որ մի քանի օր շարունակ բանակցություններ են լինելու։
Պետք է արձանագրել, որ հայ ժողովրդի թիկունքում, ստվերային, գաղտագողի տեղի են ունենում գործընթացներ, տարբեր ձևաչափով հանդիպումներ, որոնք վտանգում են ՀՀ և Արցախի Հանրապետության անվտանգությունը, հարվածի տակ են դնում մեր ժողովրդին, պետականությունը և ազգային անվտանգությունը»,-նշել է Մանուկյանը։
