Սյունիքի մարզում «Հյուսիս-հարավ»-ի շինարարությունը սկսելու համար կառավարությունն ավելի քան 236 միլիոն դոլարի վարկ է ներգրավում

Սյունիքի մարզում «Հյուսիս-հարավ» տրանսպորտային միջանցքի շինարարական աշխատանքների իրականացման համար Հայաստանն ավելի քան 236 միլիոն դոլարի վարկ է ներգրավում։ Վարկային միջոցներն օգտագործվելու են Քաջարանի հատվածում շուրջ 32 կիլոմետր երկարությամբ թունելի, 17 կամրջի, Լիճքի հատվածում, ինչպես նաև Մեղրիի շրջանցիկ հատվածում 2 թունելի կառուցման համար։
Համապատասխան համաձայնագիրն ԱԺ նիստում ներկայացրեց Տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների փոխնախարար Քրիստինե Ղալեչյանը։ Համաձայնագիրը ստորագրել են Հայաստանի կառավարությունն ու Եվրասիական զարգացման բանկը։ Գումարը հատկացվելու է Կայունացման և զարգացման եվրասիական հիմնադրամի միջոցներից։
«Համաձայնագրով ծրագրի շրջանակում նախատեսվում է վերակառուցել և իրականացնել շուրջ 32 կմ երկարությամբ՝ Ագարակից նախատեսվող Քաջարանի թունելի մութ ճանապարհահատվածի շինարարական աշխատանքները: Արդյունքում նախատեսում ենք ունենալ 80 կմ հաշվարկային ժամ արագությամբ 3 երթևեկելի գոտիներով ճանապարհ: Նախատեսում ենք կառուցել նաև 17 կամուրջ, 2 թունել՝ Լիճքի հատվածում՝ 320 մ, Մեղրիի շրջանցիկ հատվածում՝ 440 մ»,-ասաց Ղալեչյանը:
Նախագծային աշխատանքները կատարված են: Այս տարի նախատեսվում են սկսել շինարարական աշխատանքները:
Ներկայացված նախագծով առաջարկվում է երկարաձգել վարկային համաձայնագրի ժամկետը մինչև 2026 թ դեկտեմբերի 30-ը և ծրագրի բյուջեում կատարել փոփոխություններ, շինարարական աշխատանքների համար համաֆինանսավորման միջոցների չափն ավելացնել շուրջ 86 մլն 681 հազար դոլարի չափով: Այսպիսով` ծրագրի ամփոփ բյուջեն, ըստ ներկայացված համաձայնագրի, կդառնա 236 մլն 681 հազար դոլար: Փոփոխությունների արդյունքում հնարավոր կլինի ապահովել ծրագրի արդյունավետ իրականացումն ու ավարտը նախատեսված ժամկետներում:
«Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գեղամ Նազարյանը հետաքրքրվեց «Հյուսիս-Հարավ»-ի աշխատանքների ավարտի ժամկետով: Փոխնախարարն ասաց, որ ծրագրի տարբեր հատվածներ, տարբեր փուլեր նախապատրաստվածության տարբեր մակարդակներ ունեն: Մեկ ժամկետով հնարավոր չէ դա արձանագրել: Ողջ գործընթացը իրականացվում է միջազգային մրցութային գործընթացներով, կա հողերի օտարման, իրացման ընդգրկուն բաղադրիչ: «Համալիր վերլուծությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ, եթե հիմա սկսենք շինարարական աշխատանքները և բարեհաջող անցնենք նախապատրաստական փուլերի, առաջիկա 7-8 տարվա մեջ կարող ենք հիմնական նախագծած հատվածներն իրականացնել»,-նշեց նա:
