Գինու հատուկ համի և բույրի գաղտնիքը. «Արենի» գինու գործարան
SOCIETY26 տարվա պատմություն ունեցող «Արենի» գինու գործարանի մառանում պահվում են հայկական գինեգործական ավանդույթներն ու ժառանգությունը։
Գործարանի ստորգետնյա մառանում միախառնված է ալկոհոլի և խոնավության բույրը. այստեղ պահվում և հնեցվում է Վայոց ձորի խաղողից ստացված գինին: Մառանում գինիները հնեցվում են կարասներում, որտեղ ստանում են հատուկ համ և բույր։ Ավանդական գինեգործությանը զուգահեռ, գործարանում զբաղվում են նաև ժամանակակից արտադրությամբ։ Այժմ արդեն միաձուլվում են հինն ու նորը։
«Արենի» գինու գործարանի և Ակբա բանկի հետ ընկերություն դարձած գործակցությունն արդեն տարիների պատմություն ունի։ Մինչև համավարակը, 2019-ը գործարանի ամենաթեժ տուրիստական տարին էր։ Յուրաքանչյուր օր 250-300 հյուրի ներկայացրել են գինու գործարանը, պատմությունը և կազմակերպել հայկական գինիների համտես։
Գինու գործարանի տնօրենը Տիգրանն Սիմոնյանն է, բայց հիմնադրել են ծնողները։ «Արենի» գինու գործարանն ընտանեկան բիզնես է։
«Մեր գործարանի ամենահին արտադրանքները պատկանում են 1994 թվականին: 1994-ից սկսած յուրաքանչյուր տարվանից ունենք պահված գինիներ: Կարասները 50-ից 100 տարեկան են, հավաքել ենք Հայաստանի տարբեր շրջաններից: Նրանց հիմնական մասը գետնի տակ է, որտեղ էլ գինիները լցվում են ու հնեցվում. սա հայկական ավանդական տարբերակն է: Ակբա բանկի հետ համագործակցության շնորհիվ ձեռք ենք բերել նորագույն սարքավորումներ ու արտադրում ենք միջազգային չափանիշներին համապատասխան գինի, որը որակապես տարբերվում է մեր նախորդ տարիների արտադրանքից: Մենք Ակբա բանկի հետ սկսել ենք համագործակցել դեռ այն ժամանակից, երբ Ակբայի անունը ՀայԳյուղՓոխբանկ էր: Մեր նոր արտադրամասն էլ համագործակցության վերջին արդյունքն է: Սրանով չենք սահմանափակվում․ Ակբա Լիզինգից վերցրել ենք տեխնիկա, համագործակցությունը բազմաոլորտային է»,- նշում է «Արենի» գինու գործարանի տնօրեն Տիգրանն Սիմոնյանը:
Գործարանի հարևանությամբ նաև կա փոքրիկ սրճարան, որտեղ ձևավորվել է ավանդույթ. աշխարհի տարբեր կողմերից այցելող հյուրերը իրենցից թողնում են ձեռագիր հուշ։
