Այս տարվա առաջին եռամսյակում ՀՀ անշարժ գույքի շուկայում իրականացվել է իրավունքի պետական գրանցման 49 հազար 395 գործարք, որը 2010-2023 թվականների ընթացքում գրանցված եռամսյակային ամենաբարձր ցուցանիշն է: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ը տեղեկանում է Կադաստրի կոմիտեից:
Համեմատության համար նշենք, որ 2017-ին յդ ցուցանիշը եղել է 27 346, 2018-ին՝ 36 103: 2020-2022 թվականներին այդ ցուցանիը տատնվել է 40-42 հազարի սահմաններում:
Գործարքների քանակը նախորդ տարվա նույն եռամսյակի համեմատ աճել է 15%-ով, մինչդեռ նախորդ եռամսյակի համեմատ՝ նվազել 10,3%-ով: Հատկանշական է, որ այս տարվա առաջին եռամսյակում Երեւանում գործարքների թիվը նվազել է 6,4 տոկոսով, իսկ ահա բոլոր մարզերում այն աճել է: Արագածոտնում այն աճել է 36,7 տոկոսով, Սյունիքում՝ 36,6 տոկոսով, Լոռիում՝ 33,4 տոկոսով, Վայոց Ձորում՝ 29,2 տոկոսով, Գեղարքունիքում՝ 28,9 տոկոսով, Տավուշում՝ 26,7 տոկոսով: Արմավիրում՝ 23 տոկոսով, Կոտայքում՝ 22,8 տոկոսով, Շիրակում՝ 19,1 տոկոսով եւ Արարատում՝ 16,4 տոկոսով:
Հունվար-մարտ ամիսներին մայրաքաղաքում աճել են բազմաբնակարան բնակելի շենքերի բնակարանների շուկայական միջին գները։
Նախորդող տարվա չորրորդ եռամսյակի համեմատ, 1 քմ-ի հաշվարկով, աճը կազմել է 1,8%, իսկ առաջին եռամսյակի համեմատ՝ 10,6%:
Երեւանի Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանում առաջին եռամսյակում բնակարանների մեկ քմ-ի արժեքը նախորդ տարվա առաջին եռամսյակի համեմատ աճել է 14,3 տոկոսով՝ հասնելով 796 200 դրամի,
Արաբկիրում՝ 12,8 տոկոսով՝ հասնելով 556 200 դրամի,
Քանաքեռ-Զեյթունում՝ 8 տոկոսով՝ հասնելով 392 700 դրամի,
Նոր Նորքում՝ 7,8 տոկոսով՝ հասնելով 336 400 դրամի,
Էրեբունիում՝ 10,1 տոկոսով՝ հասնելով 348 500 դրամի,
Շենգավիթում՝ 7,9 տոկոսով՝ հասնելով 350 200 դրամի,
Դավիթաշենում՝ 13 տոկոսով՝ հասնելով 406 100 դրամի,
Աջափնյակում՝ 8,9 տոկոսով, հասնելով 364 500 դրամի,
Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիայում՝ 11 տոկոսով՝ հասնելով 352 000 դրամի,
Ավանում՝ 9,3 տոկոսով՝ հասնելով 348 600 դրամի,
Նուբարաշենում՝ 6,9 տոկոսով՝ հասնելով 206 050 դրամի:
2023 թ. առաջին եռամսյակում իրականացվել է անշարժ գույքի նկատմամբ վարձակալության 3078 գործարք, որը 2022 թ. առաջին եռամսյակի համեմատ ավելացել է 39,3 %-ով։
2022-ի չորրորդ եռամսյակի համեմատ վարձակալության գործարքների քանակն աճել է 3,7%-ով:
