Գեղանուշցիները վնասի փոխհատուցում են պահանջում

Սյունիքի մարզի Գեղանուշ գյուղական համայնքի բնակիչները Գեղանուշի պոչամբարի վերագործարկման հետեւանքով շրջակա միջավայրին եւ մարդկանց առողջությանը սպառնացող վտանգների մասին ահազանգ են հնչեցրել եւ պահանջում են իրենց հասցված վնասի փոխհատուցում:

Նրանք նամակով դիմել են «Դանդի Փրիշըս Մեթալս Կապան» ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրեն Հրաչ Ջաբրայանին, ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանին, «Դանդի Փրիշըս Մեթալս Կապան» ՓԲԸ սեփականատեր անգլիական «Վաթրին ինվեսթըմենթ» ՍՊԸ տնօրեն Ջերեմի Կուպերին, կանադական «Դանդի Փրիշըս Մեթալս Կապան» ընկերության նախագահ Ռիչարդ Հաուսին, ինչպես նաեւ Վերակառուցման եւ զարգացման եվրոպական բանկի տնօրինությանը:

Նամակում համայնքի բնակիչները նշել են, որ Գեղանուշ գետի ափին գտնվող գյուղի այգիներն ու բանջարանոցներն այլեւս չեն մշակվում, քանի որ հողի բերքատվությունը կտրուկ նվազել է եւ հողակտորների հետագա մշակումը անարդյունավետ է: Այգիների լքվելու պատճառով անտերության մատնված հողակտորները թալանվել եւ ամայացել են, կտրատվել եւ վայրի են դարձել պտղատու ծառերը, քանդվել են ցանկապատերը՝ ավելի մեծացնելով հողատերերին պատճառված վնասները:

Նամակում մասնավորապես նշված է. «Պոչամբարի վերագործարկման հետեւանքով համայնքի որոշ հատվածներում այնպիսի ծառատեսակներ, ինչպես, օրինակ՝ կեռասենին ու ընկուզենին կա՛մ բերք չեն տալիս, կա՛մ պարզապես չորանում են: Հողի բերքատվությունը ընդհանուր առմամբ նվազել է:

Պոչամբարի արագորեն լցվելու հետեւանքով շրջակա միջավայրին եւ մարդկանց առողջությանը սպառնացող վտանգն ավելի է մեծանում: Պոչամբարից փչող տհաճ հոտը անտանելի է դառնում գլխավորապես առավոտյան: Պոչամբարի վերագործարկումից առաջ եւ հետո համայնքի բնակիչներին չի տրամադրվել որեւէ հետազոտություն, որից պարզ կդառնա, թե պոչամբարի վերագործարկման արդյունքում բնակչության առողջության վրա ինչ հնարավոր բացասական ազդեցություններ կան եւ կլինեն:

Ակնհայտ է, որ պոչամբարի վերագործարկման արդյունքում վատացել է հողի որակը, նվազել է վարելահողերի եւ այգիների բերքատվությունը, անասունների ծնելիությունը, չորանում են ծառերը, աճել են մարդկանց եւ անասունների հիվանդությունները, գյուղում բնակվելը դառնում է ավելի ու ավելի վտանգավոր …»:

Գեղանուշցիներն ուշադրություն են հրավիրել նաեւ բնակիչների կյանքին սպառնաող վտանգների վրա: Նրանց խոսքով՝ Գեղանուշի պոչամբարի վերագործարկման արդյունքում վտանգված է բնակիչների կյանքն ու առողջությունը, նվազում են եկամուտները։ «Մենք շարունակում ենք նյութական վնասներ կրել նաև այն պատճառով, որ փաստացի զրկված ենք եկամուտ ստեղծելու հնարավորություններից:

Ելնելով այն փաստից, որ Գեղանուշի պոչամբարի վերագործակումը իրականացվել է Վերակառուցման և զարգացման եվրոպական բանկի ֆինանսավորմամբ՝ պահանջում ենք միջազգային չափորոշիչներով փոխհատուցել Գեղանուշի պոչամբարի վերագործարկման հետեւանքով մեր կրած վնասները եւ բաց թողնված օգուտները»,- նշված է սյունեցիների նամակում: Նամակի տակ ստորագրել է Գեղանուշի մոտ 300 բնակիչներից 184-ը:
