ԱՄՆ պատժամիջոցների համակարգող Ջիմ Օ՛Բրայենը հայտարարել է, որ Վրաստանի տարածքով դեպի Ռուսաստան էլեկտրոնային ապրանքների տարանցումն աճել է։ Այս հայտարարությունը նա արել է «Ամերիկայի ձայն»-ին տված հարցազրույցում։

Ըստ Օ՛Բրայենի՝ կրիտիկական էլեկտրոնիկան երրորդ երկրների միջոցով է մտնում Ռուսաստան, և դրանց մի մասը հայտնվում է մարտի դաշտում։

«Դա կարող է լավ բիզնես հնարավորություն թվալ այս երկրներում ինչ-որ մեկին, բայց նրանք արդեն պետք է հասկացած լինեին, որ մենք ասում ենք՝ այս նյութերի մի մասը հասնում է մարտի դաշտ: Այսպիսով, լինի դա բիզնեսի սեփականատեր այս երկրներից մեկում, թե վաճառող որևէ այլ տեղ, նրանք «ռուլետկա» են խաղում: Նրանք գուցե գիտակցում են կամ չեն գիտակցում, որ այս ապրանքները Ռուսաստան ուղարկելով` խախտում են պատժամիջոցները։ Նրանք պետք է շատ զգույշ լինեն և խուսափեն նման առևտրից»,- ասել է Օ՛Բրայենը։

Հարցին, թե արդյո՞ք Վրաստանն այն երկրների շարքում է, որոնք կամա թե ակամա աջակցում են Ռուսաստանին և օգնում նրան ձեռք բերել կարևոր էլեկտրոնիկա, Ջիմ Օ’Բրայենը պատասխանել է.

«Ես կասեի, որ ֆինանսական պատժամիջոցների առումով Վրաստանը շատ ջանասիրաբար կատարում է դրանք։ Սակայն մենք նկատում ենք Վրաստանի տարածքով դեպի Ռուսաստան էլեկտրոնային ապրանքների տարանցման աճ։ Այս առևտրի մեծ մասն օրինական էր մինչև տարեվերջ, երբ Եվրամիությունը և G7 երկրները սահմանափակումներ կիրառեցին ապրանքների վրա: Մենք ակնկալում ենք, որ այս տարանցիկ տվյալները շատ արագ կնվազեն: Հուսով եմ, այս ոլորտի առևտրով զբաղվողները կհասկանան, որ դա աշխատել է ժամանակի մի կետում, որն արդեն ավարտվել է, և դա պետք է դադարեցվի հիմա»:

Ի դեպ, Ուկրաինա Ռուսաստանի ներխուժումից հետո Վրաստանը չմիացավ Արևմուտքի սահմանած տնտեսական պատժամիջոցներին՝ ռուսական ագրեսիան կասեցնելու համար։ Սակայն Վրաստանը հավատարիմ է Ռուսաստանի դեմ սահմանված ֆինանսական պատժամիջոցներին, որոնք ազդում են բանկային համակարգի վրա։
