«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Պաշտպանության նախարարությունն առաջարկում է փոփոխություններ կատարել կառավարության 2014 թ. հոկտեմբերի 2-ի N 1085-Ն որոշման մեջ: Դա պայմանավորված է ՊՆ ռազմաուսումնական հաստատությունների կուրսանտների դրամական ապահովության չափերը բարձրացնելու անհրաժեշտությամբ: Նշվում է, որ պաշտպանության նախարարության ռազմաուսումնական հաստատությունների կուրսանտների համար սահմանված ամսական դրամական ապահովության չափերը բավականին ցածր են, մինչդեռ ապագա սպաների ուսումնառության պատշաճ կազմակերպման, արժանապատիվ կեցության ապահովման հանգամանքն էական նշանակություն ունի նրանց` զինվորական ծառայության ընտրության նկատմամբ վստահության և գրավչության գործընթացի համար:
Ներկայում կուրսանտների համար գործող դրամական ապահովության ցածր չափերն իրենց ազդեցությունն են թողնում նաև 17-18 տարեկան պատանիների կողմից կադրային զինվորական ծառայության ընտրության որոշման վրա, նկատի ունենալով նաև այն հանգամանքը, որ,օրինակ՝ ոստիկանության ուսհաստատությունում սովորողների վարձատրությունը «Ոստիկանությունում ծառայության մասին» օրենքի համաձայն, նախատեսված է նվազագույն ամսական աշխատավարձի չափով: Բացի այդ, կառավարության ծրագրային քաղաքականությունն ուղղված է ռազմական կրթության որակի, զինվորական ծառայության գրավչության բարձրացմանը, զինծառայողների վարձատրության և սոցիալական երաշխիքների ծավալների ավելացմանը:
Հաշվի առնելով սա, առաջարկվում է ՊՆ ռազմաուսումնական հաստատությունների կուրսանտների ամսական դրամական ապահովության չափը ևս նախատեսել ոստիկանության ուսհաստատությունում սովորողների վարձատրության՝ այսինքն, նվազագույն ամսական աշխատավարձի չափով, ամսական դրամական ապահովության հաշվարկում պահպանելով նաև առաջադիմության համար սահմանված բաղադրատարրը՝ գործող 10.000 դրամ չափը սահմանելով 50.000 դրամ: Նախատեսվում է առաջարկվող ամսական դրամական ապահովությունը կիրառել 2023 թ.-ի սեպտեմբերի 1-ից:
