ՊԵԿ-ը պարզաբանում է տարածել․

«Մայիսի 3-ին ԱԺ-ում Մեղրի մաքսակետի սանիտարական պայմանների պահպանման և անցակետի աշխատանքի վերաբերյալ բարձրացված խնդիրների առնչությամբ Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն անհրաժեշտ է համարում տեղեկացնել, որ Մեղրիի մաքսակետը գործում է շուրջօրյա ռեժիմով և առանց ընդմիջումների։

Կոմիտեն ընդգծում է, որ մաքսակետում մաքսային մարմիներից բացի, գործունեություն են ծավալում այլ կառույցներ և մասնավոր կազմակերպություններ ևս: Հետևաբար,  նրանց, ինչպես նաև մասնավոր անձանց մասով ՊԵԿ-ը չի կարող կառավարել բոլոր իրավիճակները: Հայտնում ենք, որ Մեղրի մաքսակետում մաքրման ծառայությունները մատուցվում են բաց մրցույթով ընտրված մասնավոր կազմակերպության կողմից: Միաժամանակ, տեղեկացնում ենք, որ մաքսակետում տեղադրված են բազմաթիվ աղբամաններ, սակայն, հատկապես զբոսաշրջիկների մեծ հոսքի պարագայում, մաքսակետում պարբերաբար սանիտարական պայմանների հետ կապված խնդիրներ են առաջանում: Բացի այդ, սանիտարահիգիենիկ կանոնները հաճախ չեն պահպանվում քաղաքացիների կողմից, ինչը ևս հանգեցնում է տարածքի աղտոտմանը:

Ինչ վերաբերում է մաքսակետում իրականացվող գործառույթներին, ապա ներկա պահին մարդատար ավտոմեքենաների սպասարկումը  տևում է մոտ 1 ժամ և իրականացվում է արտահերթ՝ անկախ նրանից, թե որքան բեռնատար և բեռնատարի վարորդ է գտնվում հերթում: Մաքսային մարմիններին ներկայացված փաստաթղթերի գերակշռող մասը պահպանվում է մաքսային մարմինների տեղեկատվական համակարգերում։ Այդուհանդերձ, քաղաքացու յուրաքանչյուր սահմանահատման պարագայում պահանջվում է անձնագիր և ավտոմեքենայի տեխանձնագիր, ինչն ընդունված է միջազգային պրակտիկայում։

Գործում է նաև շուրջօրյա բանկային ծառայություն, մաքսակետում տեղադրված և անխափան աշխատում է վճարային տերմինալը:

Նշենք, որ երբ սահմանահատման ժամանակ ճանապարհային երթևեկության կանոնների խախտման համար տուգանք վճարելու անհրաժեշտություն է առաջանում, վարորդը կայանում է մեքենան մաքսակետի տարածքում և մոտ 500 մետր քայլելով՝ մաքսակետի վարչական շենքում կատարում է համապատասխան վճարումները:

Մաքսակետում քաղաքացիների, մասնավորապես, օտարերկրյա այցելուների տեղաշարժը դյուրինացնելու համար տարածքում փակցված են գրառումներ՝ հայերեն, ինչպես նաև պարսկերեն ու անգլերեն  լեզուներով: Առկա են նաև ուղղորդիչ սլաքներ, որպեսզի քաղաքացիներին պարզ լինի գործողությունների հաջորդականությունը:

Մեղրիի սահմանային անցակետի արդիականացման և վերակառուցման շինարարական աշխատանքները կմեկնարկեն 2023 թ. մայիս-հունիս ամիսներին։ Վերակառուցման աշխատանքներ են նախատեսվում նաև Բագրատաշենի մաքսակետում, որպեսզի  մաքսային ենթակառուցվածքները համահունչ լինեն միջազգային չափանիշներին»։
