Խաղաղապահների միջոցով սնունդ, դեղորայք և այլ ապրանքներ են ուղարկվել շրջափակված չորս համայնքներ․ պետնախարար

Արցախի պետական նախարար Գուրգեն Ներսիսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․
«Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ
Արցախը Հայաստանին կապող մայրուղու՝ ՀՀ հետ սահմանին (Լաչինի (Քաշաթաղի) միջանցքում) Ադրբեջանի կողմից ապրիլի 23-ին ապօրինի անցակետ տեղադրելուց հետո Շուշիի շրջանի Բերդաձորի ենթաշրջանի չորս համայնքները (Հին շեն, Մեծ շեն, Եղցահող և Լիսագոր) հայտնվել են երկկողմանի արգելափակման ներքո՝ զրկված թե՛ Արցախի մնացած հատվածի և թե՛ Հայաստանի հետ կապի բոլոր հնարավորություններից: Ադրբեջանական խոչընդոտների պատճառով դադարել էին նաև բոլոր տեսակի հումանիտար մատակարարումներն այդ գյուղերի բնակիչներին, և վերջին օրերին սուր հումանիտար ճգնաժամ էր առաջացել այնտեղ՝ առանց առաջին անհրաժեշտության պարագաների որևէ պաշարի:
Այսօր վերջապես կարողացել ենք ԱՀ կառավարության կողմից ՌԴ խաղաղապահների միջոցով մեկ բեռնատար սնունդ, դեղորայք և առաջին անհրաժեշտության այլ ապրանքներ ուղարկել նշյալ համայնքների բնակիչներին:
Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է Արցախի լիակատար շրջափակումը և՛ Արցախ-Հայաստան սահմանին տեղադրված ապօրինի անցակետի, և՛ Շուշիի մոտ ճանապարհի՝ արդեն բացահայտորեն ադրբեջանական պետության կողմից ապօրինի արգելափակման միջոցով: Իսկ Արցախի հումանիտար մատակարարումները կատարվում են ՌԴ խաղաղապահ զորակազմի կողմից՝ խիստ սահմանափակ ծավալներով: Լրացուցիչ ջանքեր ենք գործադրում Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի կողմից փոխադրումների վերականգնման ուղղությամբ»,- գրել է նա:
