Մինչեւ հայկական կողմը հստակ չձեւարկերպի իր պահանջները, իր խնդիրները եւ գործնական քայլեր չկատարի, ոչ մի արդյունքի էլ չենք հասնելու: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Արցախի ԱԺ «Արդարություն» խմբակցության ղեկավար Դավիթ Գալստյանը՝ անդրադառնալով ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորակազմի նորանշանակ հրամանատար Լենցովի Բաքվում անցկացրած բանակցություններին, որոնք որեւէ արդյունք չէին տվել:
«Ռուս խաղաղապահ զորակազմի հրամանատար Լենցովի Բաքվում տարած բանակցությունների հետ մենք առանձնապես հույսեր չէինք կապում,իրականում ոչ մի արդյունք չէր կարող լինելմ քանի որ երբ հայկական կողմը հրաժարվում է, իր ստորագրությունը չի հարգում եւ չի պահանջում Ադրբեջանից եւ Ռուսաստանից համաձայնագրի կետերի կատարում, բոլոր հայտարարությունները ուղղված են Ադրբեջանի ջրաղացին ջուր լցնելուն, ապա ոչ մի արդյունք էլ չի լինի: Մինչեւ հայկական կողմը հստակ չձեւարկերպի իր պահանջները, իր խնդիրները եւ գործնական քայլեր չկատարի, ոչ մի արդյունքի էլ չենք հասնելու: Մինչեւ հայկական կողմը չփորձի զբաղվել 120 հազար շրջափակման մեջ գտնվող հայերով եւ չփորձի լուծել հարցը գործնական, կոնկրետ քայլերով, ոչ մի դրական արդյունքի պետք չէ սպասել ոչ մի կողմից»,- ասաց նա:
Խմբակցության ղեկավարը նշում է, որ ստեղծված իրավիճակում պետք չէ մեղքը բարդել մյուս կողմերի վրա եւ խուսափել պատասխանատվությունից:
«Արցախցիները հիմա դիմանում են բլոկադային, իր ստորագրությունը չհարգող անձը 120 հազար հայի ճակատագիր թողել է բախտի քմահաճույքին, եւ այլ ելք չկա մինչեւ ժողովուրդը պահանջատեր չլինի հայկական իշխանություններից, որոնք իրավասու են եղել, ստորագրել են եւ այսօր հրաժարվում են այդ ամենից: Պետք է բերել պատասխանատվության դաշտ եւ փորձել պարտադրել այդ եռակողմ հայտարարության կետերի վերականգնում: Տեսանք ինչպես Թուրքիան փակեց Հայաստանի համար իր օդային տարածքը, բայց Արցախն արդեն 150 օր բլոկադայի մեջ է, բայց Հայաստանը չի փակում Ադրբեջանի համար օդային տարածքը, այսինքն համարժեք որեւէ քայլ չի արվում: Հայաստանն ընդամենը խոսում է ազգային փոքարմասնությունների իրավունքներից, Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունից»,-ասաց նա:
Գալստյանը նշում է՝ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները իրականությունից կտրված հայտարարություններ են անում՝ խոսելով խաղաղության պայմանագրից:
«Ի՞նչ խաղաղություն այն երկրի հետ, որը պատանդ է պահում 120 հազար քաղաքացու: Խոսում են խաղաղության պայմանագրից, բայց որեւէ բան Արցախից չեն խոսում»,- ասաց նա:
Խմբակցության ղեկավարը նշեց, որ իրենք նույնպես մայիսի 9-ին կմասնակցեն Ստեփանակերտում հրավիրված հանրահավաքին՝ փորձելով գտնել լուծումներ ստեղծված իրավիճակից:
