«Դա այդպես չէ»․ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը՝ Ադրբեջանի կողմից բանակցությունների սկզբի համար իր՝ Արցախից դուրս գալու պահանջը դնելու մասին

«Առաջին հերթին պետք է ամեն ինչ անել, որ ռուս խաղաղապահները կատարեն նոյեմբերի 9-ին ստորագրված փաստաթուղթը»,- «Արցախի հիմնախնդիրը 10 մլն հայության խնդիրն է» խորագրով առցանց հանդիպման ժամանակ հայտարարեց «Ապագա Հայկականը» շարժման նախաձեռնող, «Ավրորա» մարդասիրական նախաձեռնության համահիմնադիր, Արցախի նախկին պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը՝ անդրադառնալով այն հարցին՝ ի՞նչ կարող ենք անել, որպեսզի ռուս խաղաղապահների գործունեության ժամկետը երկարացվի երկու տարի հետո։
Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի կարծիքով՝ ռուս խաղաղապահների թիվը բավականին փոքր է։ Բայց մյուս կողմից էլ նկատեց, որ պետք է ռուս խաղաղապահները զգան պետության և հասարակության կողմից հստակ դիրքորոշում։ Նա նշեց․ «Կարևոր է, որ պետությունը և ժողովուրդն իրար հետ միասին լինեն։ Մենք ամեն ինչ պիտի անենք, որ ռուս խաղաղապահները մնան։ Հակառուսական տրամադրությունները, որոնք փորձում են բերվել ՀՀ-ից Ռուսաստան, միայն հօգուտ Ադրբեջանի են։ Այդ տրամադրությունները տարածողներին պետք է հարցնել՝ իսկ ո՞վ է ուրիշ, որ պաշտպանական հարցերն իր վրա է վերցնում։ Ուղղակի այդպիսով օգնում ենք Ադրբեջանին, որ ամեն ձևով անում է ամեն ինչ, որ ռուսներն այստեղից դուրս գան, նրանց անունը ընկնի։ Դա ավելի հեշտացնում է, որ երկու տարի հետո այդ պայմանագիրը չերկարացվի։ Մենք չպետք է օգնենք Ադրբեջանին»։
Հարցին՝ այդպե՞ս է, որ ՀՀ-Ադրբեջան բանակցություններում Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները երկխոսության սկզբի համար կարևոր պայման են դրել, որ Դուք դուրս գաք Արցախից, Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը պատասխանեց․ «Դա այդպես չէ, բայց Ադրբեջանն ագրեսիվ ճնշում է գործադրում և ամեն ինչ անում, որ Արցախի ներսում կոնսոլիդացիա տեղի չունենա»։ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը խնդիր է տեսնում նրանում, որ ՀՀ կառավարությունը չի օգտագործում առավելությունը՝ գիտելիք, փորձ․ «Հայկական աշխարհի օգտագործման մակարդակն ամեն սահման անցել է։ Ցանկությունը վարել ինքնություն բանակցություններ ոչ արհեստավարժ մարդկանց կողմից, ցանկացած սահմանից դուրս է։ Նորմալ է, որ մարդիկ, որոնք չգիտեն, չեն վախենում հարցնել, բայց անտեսելու, ամեն բան իրենք անելու ցանկությունն առանցքային սխալ է»։
Հարցին՝ պատրա՞ստ եք մնալ Արցախում, Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը պատասխանեց․ «Ես Արցախում եմ և մնալու եմ Արցախում։ Եթե ճանապարհը բացվի, ես կարող եմ օգտագործել իմ կապերը՝ աշխարհով մեկ շփվելու մարդկանց հետ այս հարցը կարևորելու և այլ մակարդակի բարձրացնելու համար»։
