Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ուղերձը Մայիսի 9-ի առիթով

Սիրելի՛ ժողովուրդ, սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ, շնորհավորում եմ բոլորիս Երկրորդ աշխարհամարտում, Հայրենական Մեծ Պատերազմում հաղթանակի 78-րդ տարեդարձի առիթով։

Պատերազմում տարած հաղթանակով քաղաքակիրթ մարդկությունը ոչ ասաց ամենամեծ չարիքներից մեկին՝ ֆաշիզմին: Այդ գործում անգնահատելի է հայ ժողովրդի դերը, որի ավելի քան կես միլիոն ներկայացուցիչներ Խորհրդային բանակի, դաշնակցային բանակների կազմում, պարտիզանական և դիմադրության ընդհատակյա գործունեության մեջ զգալի ներդրում ունեցան մարդկությունը ֆաշիզմից փրկելու գործում:

Բազմաթիվ հայորդիներ այդ պայքարում դրսևորվել են իրենց սխրագործություններով, հանուն մարդկային քաղաքակրթության տվել իրենց կյանքը: Պատերազմում ունեցանք ավելի քան 300 հազար զոհ: Շուրջ 107 հայորդիներ արժանացել են Խորհրդային Միության հերոսի կոչման, բազմաթիվ հայեր բարձր պարգևներ են ստացել ԽՍՀՄ-ի և դաշնակից երկրների կողմից՝ հայ ժողովրդի պատվավոր տեղն ապահովելով ֆաշիզմի դեմ պայքարում:

Սիրելի՛ ժողովուրդ, սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ, վերջին տարիներին մայիսի 9-ը դիմավորում ենք դառնացած ու տագնապներով: Սա առաջին հերթին կապված է 2020թ. 44-օրյա պատերազմի ծանր հետևանքների հետ, պատերազմի ընթացքում Շուշիի կորստով, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության շուրջ ծավալվող ագրեսիվ քաղաքականությամբ: Միջազգային փոթորկալից իրադրությունն ավելի է սրում այդ իրավիճակը, որովհետև մեր տարածաշրջանի անվտանգային համակարգերը դեֆորմացված են:

Այս իրավիճակում Հայրենիքի համար իրենց կյանքը տված նահատակների առաջ մեր ամենամեծ պարտավորությունը մեր պետականության ուժեղացումն ու զորացումն է, և այս ծրագրի մաս պիտի լինի մեր տարածաշրջանում մեր հարաբերությունների կարգավորումը:

Այս մոտեցումն է, որ պիտի երաշխավորի հայ ժողովրդի լինելիությունն իր Հայրենիքում: Ուժեղ ու զարգացած Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն է, որ պիտի դառնա մեր բոլոր նահատակների մեծարման ու հիշատակի առհավատչյա:

Փա՛ռք Հայրենիքի համար իրենց կյանքը տված բոլոր նահատակներին: Փա՛ռք պետությունը կայացնելու համար ամեն հնարավորն ու անհնարն անող բոլոր անխոնջ մարտիկներին:
