ՊՆ նախկին շենքից վտարված տասն ընտանիք երեք ամիս է՝ բնակվում է շենքի մոտ՝ վրանում

Պաշտպանության նախարարության նախկին շենքից փետրվարի 16-ին վտարված ընտանիքներից 10-ը դեռեւս բնակվում են շենքի մոտ՝ վրաններում։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց բնակիչներից Ռիտա Գեւորգյանը։

«Երկու վրան ունենք, տղամարդիկ քնում են առանձին, կանայք՝ առանձին, մեզ էլ հետ էլ երկու երեխաներ կան՝ 2 եւ 12 տարեկան։ Մենք մեր սնունդը հարեւան խանութի սառնարանում ենք տեղավորել, որովհետեւ պայմաններ, բնականաբար, չունենք։ Մեր պահանջն անփոփոխ է՝ մենք փոքր հատված ենք ուզում ստանալ շենքից։ Այս անմարդկային պայմաններում արդեն հնարավոր չէ բնակվել»,- ասաց բնակչուհին։

Նշենք, որ ՊՆ նախկին շենքում բնակվում էին տասնյակ ընտանիքներ, նրանցից 22ին կացարան է տրամադրվել։

Հիշեցնենք, որ փետրվարի 16-ի առավոտյան ժամը 8-ի սահմաններում հարյուրավոր ոստիկաններ ՊՆ նախկին շենքից՝ ՊԵԿ-ի գրության հիման վրա՝ ապօրինի ներխուժումը վերացնելու պահանջով, դուրս են հանել այնտեղ բնակվող մարդկանց։ 26 անձ էր բերման ենթարկվել՝ ՀՀ վարչական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ օրենսգրքի 182-րդ հոդվածի հատկանիշներով (Ոստիկանության զորքերի զինծառայողի կամ ոստիկանության ծառայողի օրինական պահանջը չկատարելը):

ՊՆ նախկին շենքը 2008 թվականից է դադարել ծառայել Պաշտպանության նախարարությանը։ Նախորդ տարվա ապրիլին կառավարությունը որոշեց այն ամրացնել  Պետական գույքի կառավարման կոմիտեին, որն էլ հետո շենքը տրամադրեց ՊԵԿ–ին։ Այդ շենք են տեղափոխվելու ՊԵԿ բոլոր կառուցվածքային ստորաբաժանումները, լինելու է նաեւ Արտաքին տնտեսական գործունեության կենտրոն։ Այժմ նախագիծը մշակման փուլում է, շինարակական աշխատանքների սկիզբը նախատեսվում է աշնանը։
