Մենք Արցախում արդեն 150 օր շրջափակման մեջ ենք:
Չունենք գազ, չունենք լույս, տեղյակ եք Սարսանգի ջրամբարի վիճակից, մենք ունենք սարսափելի մեծ քանակի խնդիրներ, բայց մենք դիմանում ենք և չենք ընկճվում: Այո, վիճակը ծանր է, բայց մենք գիտենք, որ այս ճանապարհով ոչ մի «ռեինտեգրացիայի» մասին չի կարող լինել. սա ռեօկուպացիա է, իսկ մենք դա ոչ մեկին թույլ չենք տալու:
Մենք պաշտպանում ենք մեր տունը, մեր քաղաքները, մեր գյուղերը, մեր նախնիների շիրմաքարերը, մենք պաշտպանում ենք մեր հողի վրա մեր օրենքներով ապրելու մեր իրավունքը, մենք ոչ մեկի վրա հարձակվել չենք ուզում, մենք պարզապես ուզում ենք հանգիստ և երջանիկ ապրել մեր հողի վրա, մեր հայրենիքում:
Մենք պատրաստ ենք բանակցությունների, բայց դրանք չեն կարող ընթանալ ատրճանակը ճակատին ուղղած: Բանակցությունների երկու կողմերը պետք է հարգեն միմյանց, բանակցությունները պետք է լինեն միայն այն ժամանակ, երբ մենք, իսկապես, կարողանանք աշխարհին ասել, որ մենք՝ որպես անկախ Արցախ, կարող ենք նստել և խոսել հարևանի հետ, այլ տարբերակ չկա:
