Հակառակորդի կողմից ԱԹՍ օգտագործելու արդյունքում ՀՀ ԶՈՒ երկու զինծառայողի վիրավորվելու դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ

2023թ. մայիսի 12-ին՝ ժամը 10:00-ի սահմաններում, Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության զինված ուժերի զինծառայողները, ռասայական, ազգային, էթնիկ ծագումով պայմանավորված ատելության, անհանդուրժողականության կամ թշնամանքի շարժառիթով, իրենց ծառայողական պարտքը կատարող ՀՀ ՊՆ ԶՈՒ N զորամասի զինծառայողներին կյանքից ապօրինաբար զրկելու դիտավորությամբ, կիրառել են մարտական ԱԹՍ, որի հարվածից տարբեր աստիճանի մարմնական վնասվածքներ են ստացել նույն զորամասի երկու զինծառայողներ:
Այս մասին հայտնում են Քննչական կոմիտեից։
Նույն օրը վերջիններս տեղափոխվել են Գեղարքունիքի կայազորային զինհոսպիտալ, նրանցից մեկի վիճակը գնահատվում է բավարար, մյուսինը՝ ծանր:
Դեպքի վերաբերյալ ստացված հաղորդման հիման վրա ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչության հինգերորդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 44-155-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 7-րդ և 15-րդ կետերով /2 դրվագ/ (ապօրինաբար մեկ ուրիշին կյանքից զրկելու փորձը, որը կատարվել է անձի կամ նրա մերձավոր ազգականի կամ մերձավորի` կապված այդ անձի կողմից իր պետական, քաղաքական, ծառայողական, մասնագիտական կամ հասարակական գործունեության կամ պարտքի կատարման հետ, այլ անձանց կյանքի համար վտանգավոր եղանակով, ռասայական, ազգային, էթնիկ կամ սոցիալական ծագումով, կրոնով, քաղաքական կամ այլ հայացքներով կամ անձնական կամ սոցիալական բնույթի այլ հանգամանքներով պայմանավորված ատելության, անհանդուրժողականության կամ թշնամանքի շարժառիթով)։
Անմիջապես դեպքի վայր է մեկնել քննչական խումբը: Կատարվում են անհետաձգելի ապացուցողական և վարութային գործողություններ՝ կատարվածի հանգամանքները պարզելու, Ադրբեջանի ԶՈւ զինծառայողների հանցավոր գործողություններին իրավական գնահատականներ տալու նպատակով։
