Էրեբունի վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարի աշխատակազմի պաշտոնատար անձինք հափշտակել են 2 մլն 780 հազ. դրամ

ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեում իրականացված քրեական վարույթով ձեռք բերված ապացույցներով հիմնավորվել է, որ Կ. Խ.-ն և Վ. Ս.-ն, զբաղեցնելով համապատասխանաբար Երևանի Էրեբունի վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարի աշխատակազմի առևտրի, ծառայությունների և գովազդի բաժնի պետի և նույն բաժնի գլխավոր մասնագետի պաշտոնները, նախնական համաձայնությամբ կատարել են իրենց վստահված խոշոր չափերով գումարի հափշտակություն:
Մասնավորապես՝ պարզվել է, որ Վ. Ս.-ն, Կ. Խ.-ի հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ, 2022 թվականի հունվար-դեկտեմբերն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, Երևանի Էրեբունի վարչական շրջանի տարածքում բացօթյա առևտրի գործունեություն իրականացնող երեք տասնյակից ավելի ֆիզիկական և իրավաբանական անձանցից, ինչպես նաև՝ որպես անհատ ձեռնարկատեր հաշվառված տնտեսվարողներից առձեռն գանձել են ընդհանուր 5.570.000 ՀՀ դրամ, որից 2.790.000-ը վճարել է Երևան համայնքի գանձապետական հաշվին՝ որպես տեղական տուրք, իսկ մնացած՝ 2.780.000 ՀՀ դրամը հափշտակել ու բաշխել են միմյանց միջև:
Վերը նշված հանցավոր արարքների համար Կ. Խ.-ին և Վ. Ս.-ին մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 256-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 2-րդ և 3-րդ մասերով:
Քրեական վարույթով նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է: Վարույթի նյութերը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ հանձնվել են հսկող դատախազին` այն հաստատելու և դատարան ուղարկելու միջնորդությամբ:
Ծանուցում. հանցագործության համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
