Գյումրիում ծնողները որոշակի գումար են վճարելու մանկապարտեզների ազատ օրերի համար

Գյումրիում ծնողները պետք է չնչին, բայց որոշակի գումար վճարեն մանկապարտեզների ազատ օրերի համար:
Հանրապետությունում համաճարակային վիճակի հետ կապված, Գյումրիի 24 նախակրթարաններում մինչև հունվարի 18-ը հարկադրաբար արձակուրդի պարագայում ծնողները պետք է վճարեն այդ օրերի կոմունալ ծախսերի համար՝ որոշակի վերահաշվարկից հետո: Ինչպես տեղեկացրեց Գյումրու քաղաքապետարանի կրթության բաժնի պետ Հայկ Սուլթանյանը, քաղաքապետի հանձնարարականի մեջ նշված է, որ մանկապարտեզների տնօրենները սահմանված կարգով ձևակերպում են ձմեռայի արձակուրդների երկարացում:
«Դա նշանակում է, որ ծնողները, միանշանակ, այս ազատ օրերի համար սննդի վարձավճար չեն մուծելու, իսկ կոմունալ վարձերի հետ կապված պետք է կատարվի վերահաշվարկ: Տարբեր մանկապարտեզներում վճարի չափը տարբեր է՝ առավելագույնը 7 հազար դրամ, կոմունալ վճարի չափն էլ սրա հետ կապված տարբեր է՝ մինչև 2 հազար դրամ, իսկ վերահաշվարկի դեպքում կլինի սրանից ցածր՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ օրինակ տարածքը ջեռուցվում է, բայց ոչ այնպես ինչպես երեխաների այցի դեպքում: Սա արվում է, այլապես մանկապարտեզները կունենան խնդիրներ: Անշուշտ, սա նաև հիմք ունի՝ երեխայի ծնողի և ման կապարտեզի միջև կնքված օրինական պայմանագրի կետով սահմանված: Ինձ թվում է դա շատ չնչին գումար կկազմի: Մենք առաջնորդվում ենք իրավական դաշտով»,-նշեց Հայկ Սուլթանյանը՝ հավելելով, որ այս ազատ օրերը չի անդրադառնա մանկապարտեզների աշխատողների աշխատավարձերի վրա:
