«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Արցախում փաստացի ներքաղաքական զարգացումներն ակտիվ փուլ են մտել։ Երեկ Ստեփանակերտի Վերածննդի հրապարակում Սամվել Բաբայանի կողմից հրավիրված հանրահավաքի հետ կապված թերթին նոր մանրամասներ են հայտնի դարձել։ Մասնավորաբար, Արցախի մեր աղբյուրը հայտնում է, որ հանրահավաքի հետ կապված Բաբայանը կազմակերպչական լուրջ ջանքեր է գործադրել՝ ներառյալ վառելիքի, սննդի ու մարդկանց տեղափոխման հարցերը։ Թերթի տեղեկություններով, չնայած Արցախում ակտիվ խոսակցություններ կան, որ Բաբայանը փորձում է փողոցի միջոցով իշխանությունը վերցնել, սակայն ներկայում տեղի ունեցողն ընդամենը բուն գործընթացի փաթեթավորումն է։

Արցախից թերթին հայտնում են նաև, որ Սամվել Բաբայանն Արայիկ Հարությունյանի հետ պայմանավորվածություն ունի իշխանությունը կիսելու հարցում։ Նման եզրակացության են հանգել այն արցախցիները, ովքեր Հարությունյանի հետ որոշակի շփումներ ունեն։ Ավելին, ըստ նույն աղբյուրների, Հարությունյանն իր հերթին նեղ շրջանակներում նշել է, որ «եթե 5-6 հազար մարդ հանեն, ստիպված եմ լինելու պահանջը կատարել, Սյամոյին լավ գիտեք՝ նա հանուն պաշտոնի ամեն ինչի կգնա»։

Թերթի տեղեկություններով, ներկայում միակ խնդիրն այն է, որ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի վրա կա հասարակական հակառակ ճնշում այն մասով, որ Բաբայանը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի թիմակիցն է Արցախում և այնտեղ նույնպես Փաշինյանի ծրագրերն է կյանքի կոչելու։ Հենց այս պատճառով է, որ Հարությունյանը որոշակի վերապահումներ ունի այս հարցում, քանի որ Բաբայանի նշանակումը ոչ միանշանակ է ընդունվելու Արցախում։ Թե ում ճնշումն ավելի շատ կազդի Հարությունյանի վրա՝ Արցախի հասարակության, թե Բաբայանի ու Փաշինյանի, ցույց կտա ժամանակը։
