ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեի և ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության կողմից համատեղ իրականացված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում բացահայտվել են ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության, տեխնիկական և հրդեհային անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնի Սյունիքի տարածքային բաժնի աշխատակիցների կողմից Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության քաղաքացիներից  կաշառք ստանալու բազմաթիվ դեպքեր:

Մասնավորապես՝ քրեական վարույթով փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ վերը նշված տեսչական մարմնի աշխատակիցներ Ա. Մ.-ն, Ա. Ղ.-ն և Վ. Մ.-ն 2023 թվականի հունվարից մարտն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ՀՀ Սյունիքի մարզի Սիսիան համայնքում տեղադրված՝ ծանրաքաշ մեքենաների կշռման հենակետում հերթապահություն իրականացնելիս կշեռքի միջոցով պարզել են, որ նշված անցակետով անցնող ՀՀ և ԻԻՀ քաղաքացիների վարած մի շարք բեռնատարներ գերբեռնված են, այսինքն՝ գերազանցում են օրենքով թույլատրելի առավելագույն քաշը: Այնուհետև ՔՏՀԱ վերը նշված պաշտոնատար անձինք բեռնատարների վարորդների նկատմամբ վարչական իրավախախտման վերաբերյալ արձանագրություններ չկազմելու դիմաց Ն. Վ.-ի օժանդակությամբ վարորդներից որպես կաշառք պահանջել և ստացել են 20-60 հազար ՀՀ դրամ, ինչպես նաև դիզելային վառելիք:

Ա. Մ.-ն, Ա. Ղ.-ն, Վ. Մ.-ն և Ն. Վ.-ն ձերբակալվել են: Նրանց մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 435-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով (ապօրինի անգործության համար կաշառք ստանալը) և 46-435-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով (ապօրինի անգործության համար կաշառք ստանալուն օժանդակելը):
