Արցախի Հանրապետության ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը՝ հետամուտ լինելով օրենսդրությամբ իրեն վերապահված գործառույթների և լիազորությունների իրականացմանը, իրազեկում է, որ ծառայության կողմից ծավալվող օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում շարունակվում է բացահայտվել և չեզոքացվել օտարերկրյա հատուկ ծառայությունների կողմից Արցախի Հանրապետությունում ստեղծված գործակալական ցանցի գործունեությունը, որի ձևավորման համար հակառակորդի հատուկ ծառայությունների կողմից կիրառվում են տարբեր մեթոդներ և հնարքներ: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Արցախի ԱԱԾ-ից:
Մասնավորապես, ադրբեջանական հետախուզական մարմնի ներկայացուցիչը, հանդես գալով որպես արտասահմանյան վերլուծական կենտրոնի, գիտահետազոտական ինստիտուտի, կամ նման կազմակերպություններում բարձր դիրք ունեցող ազգությամբ հայ և հայրենասեր՝ սոցիալական ցանցի միջոցով շփում է հաստատում հիմնականում ԱՀ պետական համակարգում աշխատող, շփման լայն շրջանակ ունեցող քաղաքացիների հետ: Որոշ ժամանակ շփվելուց հետո, առաջարկում է դրամական վարձատրության դիմաց ԱՀ վերաբերյալ գիտական հոդվածներ կամ վերլուծական զեկույցներ պատրաստել՝ շեշտելով, որ դրանք իբրև ծառայելու են ի շահ Արցախի: Նման առասպելով շփումների ընթացքում հետախուզական մարմնի ներկայացուցիչը հիմնականում փորձում է մեր քաղաքացու հետ հանդիպում կազմակերպել արտերկրում՝ նրա հետ համագործակցության պայմանագիր կնքելու և հետագա համագործակցությունն ընդլայնելու պատրվակով:
