Աշոտ Փաշինյանի առերևույթ առևանգման դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ․ ձերբակալվել է 1 անձ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության ծանր հանցագործությունների քննության բաժնում նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում իրականացվում են անհետաձգելի գործողություններ՝ առերևույթ անձի առևանգման դեպքի հանգամաքնները պարզելու նպատակով։
Այդ մասին հաղորդում են Քննչական կոմիտեից։
2023թ․ մայիսի 17-ին ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանությունում Աշոտ Փաշինյանը հանցագործության մասին հաղորդում է ներկայացրել այն մասին, որ նույն օրը՝ մայիսի 17-ին՝ ժամը 12:47-ի սահմաններում, Երևան քաղաքի Գ.Նժդեհի փողոցում գտնվող ՀՀ վերաքննիչ դատարանի դիմացի հատվածով քայլել է դեպի Գ.Նժդեհի հրապարակ։ ՀՀ վերաքննիչ դատարանի բակում կանգնած են եղել 2020թ․ պատերազմի ժամանակ զոհված զինծառայողների ծնողները։ Երբ նրանցից շուրջ 50 մետր անցել է, նրանք արագ քայլելով մոտեցել են իրեն, ձայն տվել, ոմանք նաև որոշակի «ռեպլիկներ» են հնչեցնել:
Նրանցից մի կին մոտեցել է իրեն, ներկայացել որպես զոհված զինծառայողի մայր, առաջարկել է նստել մոտակայքում կայանված իր ավտոմեքենան, որպեսզի կարողանան հանգիստ զրուցել: Երբ նստել է մեքենան, նշված կինն իր համար անսպասելի վարել է այն՝ ասելով, թե փոքր-ինչ հեռու կգնան, որպեսզի իրենց չխանգարեն։
Ավտոմեքենայում նշված կինը սկսել է խոսել 2020թ․ պատերազմից, տարածքային ու մարդկային կորուստնեից։ Տեսնելով, որ վերջինս դրսևորում է ոչ ադեկվատ վարքագիծ, երթևեկում է արագությունը գերազանցելով՝ երթևեկության կանոնների խախտմամբ, պահանջել կանգնեցնել ավտոմեքենան, որպեսզի ինքն իջնի: Նշված կինն ասել է, որ իր տղային առանց իրեն հարցնելու տարել և սպանել են, ինքը կորցնելու ոչինչ չունի, կարող է նրան սպանել, ուստի առանց հարցնելու իրեն տանում է Եռաբլուր, որտեղ, իր էմոցիաներից ելնելով կորոշի՝ ազատ թողնել, թե ոչ:
Հասնելով «Ծերեթելիի» խաչմերուկի մոտակայքում գտնվող սուպերմարկետի մոտ՝ օգտվելով կնոջ կողմից ավտոմեքենայի արագությունը դանդաղեցնելու հանգամանքից, ինքն արագորեն բացել է ավտոմեքենայի առջևի աջ դուռը և իրեն ընթացքի ժամանակ դուրս նետել:
Դրանից վայրկյաններ հետո, երբ կանգնած է եղել, սպիտակ «Տոյոտա» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան հարվածել է իրեն: Շրջվելով նկատել է, որ նշված ավտոմեքենայի վարորդը և ուղևորները դատարանի մոտ կանգնած ծնողներն են: Ելնելով իր անվտանգությունից՝ անմիջապես մտել է սուպերմարկետի տարածք:
Հաղորդման առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 191-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։
Առերևույթ իր կամքին հակառակ Ա․ Փաշինյանին ավտոմեքենայով նշված տարածքից տեղափոխելու միջոցով առևանգելու հանցանք կատարելու մեջ անմիջականորեն ծագած հիմնավոր կասկածի հիման վրա Ոստիկանության կողմից նշված կինը ձերբակալվել է և ներկայացվել վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին։
Ձեռնարկվել են անհետաձգելի վարութային և ապացուցողական գործողություններ՝ դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզելու, ներգրավված անձանց արարքներին իրավական գնահատական տալու նպատակով։ Միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվել տեսագրող սարքերի՝ վերաբերելի տեսագրություններն առգրավելու ուղղությամբ։ Ա․ Փաշինյանի ստացած վնասվածքի առնչությամբ նշանակվել է դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն։
