«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

iarex.ru-ն «Երևանը պատրաստվում է Անկարայի նոր քաղաքականությանը» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ եթե Թուրքիայի նախագահական ընտրություններում հաղթի Քեմալ Քըլըչդարօղլուն, «Անկարայի դիրքորոշումն ավելի ճկուն կդառնա, ավելի մեղմ կլինի, Հայաստանից ավելի ցածր գին կպահանջի հարաբերությունների կարգավորման համար»։ Նման կարծիքի է հայտնի հայ արևելագետ Ռուբեն Սաֆրաստյանը։ Թեև հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների խնդիրը գործնականում ընդհանրապես չի հայտնվել Թուրքիայի նախընտրական քաղաքական քննարկումներում, սակայն Երևանը մեծ հետաքրքրությամբ է հետևում այդ երկրում տեղի ունեցող զարգացումներին։ Ընդ որում, շատ հայ փորձագետներ իրենց քաղաքական նախապատվությունները տվել են ոչ թե գործող նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանին, այլ նրա գլխավոր հակառակորդ Քեմալ Քըլըչդարօղլուին։

Բացի այդ, Թուրքիայում ԱՄՆ ազդեցության ուժեղացումը «նոր հնարավորություններ է բացում ԱՄՆ-ում հայկական հզոր սփյուռքի գործողությունների համար», քանի որ «փետրվարյան ավերիչ երկրաշարժից հետո Թուրքիան չի կարողանա վերականգնվել առանց արևմտյան ներդրումների»։ Ներդրումները կլինեն միայն այն պայմանով, որ ԱՄՆ-ի կողմից «հաստատված» թեկնածուն ստանա նախագահի պաշտոնը։ Եվ ոչ միայն դա: Քըլըչդարօղլուն հայտարարել է, որ ընտրություններում հաղթանակ տանելու դեպքում կգործարկի Ադրբեջանը շրջանցող «Մետաքսի ճանապարհը» և կփոխի իրավիճակը Մերձավոր Արևել քում և Անդրկովկասում։ Բայց ընտրությունները չստացվեցին այնպես, ինչպես շատերն էին սպասում Երևանում։

Քաղաքագետ Արման Վանեսքեհյանը նշում է, որ «Էրդողանը, զոհաբերելով վարչական ռեսուրսը լիարժեք օգտագործելու և առաջին փուլում իրեն հաղթանակ շնորհելու հնարավորությունը, վերցրեց գլխավոր մրցանակը՝ բացարձակ վերահսկողությունը նորընտիր խորհրդարանի նկատմամբ»։ Նա «ևս մեկ անգամ ապացուցեց, որ ինքը մեծ լիգաների քաղաքական խաղացող է», և որ «մարաթոնյան մրցավազքի մնացած մասնակիցները հեռու են իրենից, և նրանք պետք է շատ ջանք գործադրեն, որպեսզի կարողանան «վազանցել» Էրդողանին շրջադարձի ժամանակ»։ Քաղաքագետի կարծիքով, «Քըլըչդարօղլուն ընտրություններում հաղթելու շանսեր չունի»։

Հիմա նաև Սաֆրաստյանն է կարծում, որ «Թուրքիայում Վաշինգտոնը կկտրվի», որ «դա Ուկրաինա չէ, և Էրդողանը ոչ մի կերպ Յանուկովիչ չէ», և որ «Էրդողանը կկարողանա հաղթահարել 51 տոկոսը, քանի որ իրեն պետք է ավելի միայն 1-1,5 տոկոս հավաքել, քան նա ստացել էր առաջին փուլում»: Քաղաքագետը նաև կարծում է, որ «Թուրքիան կշարունակի ձգտել՝ դառնալու Հարավային Կովկասի ուժի կենտրոնը», և «Հայաստանը պետք է պատրաստ լինի Անկարայի կոշտ քաղաքականությանը»։
