VIDEOAravot.am-ը գրում է․ Գյումրու ավագանու «Ապրելու երկիր» խմբակցության ղեկավար Կարեն Մալխասյանը շարունակում է պնդել, որ քաղաքի ամենահին, կոլորիտային կառույցներից մեկը՝ նախկին «Ճերմակ հիվանդանոցի» շենքը չպիտի օտարվի, այն պիտի մնա համայնքապատկան՝ վարձակալության տրամադրելով որևէ ներդրողի։
Գյումրու ավագանին, սակայն, առանց հանրային լսման ընդունել է այն աճուրդով օտարելու որոշում։ Աճուրդի մեկնարկային գին սահմանել է 1 100 000 000 (մեկ միլիարդ մեկ հարյուր միլիոն) դրամ։ Կարեն Մալխասյանի պնդմամբ՝ ավագանու որոշումը չի բխում համայնքի բարօրությունից և շահերից։
Մայիսի 15-ին հայտարարվել էր աճուրդ- վաճառք, սակայն ոչ մեկը մասնակցության հայտ չէր ներկայացրել։
Այս թեմային անդրադարձ կատարելով՝ Կարեն Մալխասյանը գրել էր․ «Հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ Գյումրի համայնքի կողմից վերջին երկու ամիսների ընթացքում հայտարարված աճուրդներին պատահականության, թե զուգադիպության, կամ թե այլ սկզբունքով որոշ լոտերի համար հայտեր չեն ներկայացվում, որի արդյունքում ունենում ենք դեպքեր․ երբ մի դեպքում կատարվում է մեկնարկային գնի իջեցում, իսկ մեկ այլ դեպքում՝ գնիջեցում չի կատարվում (գոնե ինձ համար անհայտ սկզբունքով)՝ լինելու եմ հետևողական նաև սահմանված մեկնարկային գնի նկատմամբ»։
