Ղարաբաղի վերաբերյալ եռակողմ հայտարարություններին այլընտրանք չկա. Լավրով

Հարավային Կովկասում իրավիճակի կարգավորման վերաբերյալ Հայաստանի, Ռուսաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարների եռակողմ հայտարարություններին այլընտրանք չկա։ Այս մասին հայ եւ ադրբեջանցի գործընկերների հետ եռակողմ հանդիպմանը հայտարարել է ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը։
«Վերջին անգամ այս ձեւաչափով մենք հանդիպել ենք բավականին վաղուց, այս ընթացքում շատ թեմաներ են հասունացել, եւ հուսով եմ, որ հանդիպումը կանցնի կառուցողական մթնոլորտում, իսկ Արարատ Միրզոյանի եւ Ջեյհուն Բայրամովի ուղիղ երկխոսությունը թույլ կտա լրացուցիչ արդյունքների հասնել»,- ասել է նա։
Եռակողմ ձեւաչափով Լավրովն առաջարկել է դիտարկել հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման հարցերի ողջ շրջանակը եւ հետագա քայլերի համաձայնեցումը՝ հաշվի առնելով Ռուսաստանի հնարավորությունները։
«Մեր ղեկավարների եռակողմ հայտարարություններում, ըստ էության, կայուն լուծումների հասնելու ճանապարհային քարտեզ կա։ Մենք վերլուծել ենք իրավիճակը Հարավային Կովկասի շուրջ, կարծում ենք, որ մեր առաջնորդների պայմանավորվածություններին այլընտրանք չկա։ Ռուսաստանը խաղաղություն եւ կայունություն է ցանկանում տարածաշրջանում, այստեղ ուղղակիորեն կապված են ռուսական շահերը։
Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը ամեն կերպ կձգտի նրան, որպեսզի իրավիճակի կայունացման վերաբերյալ որոշումներն իրականացվեն՝ հուսալով, որ դրանք կհարգեն բոլոր մյուս երկրները, որոնք այս կամ այն կերպ շահագրգռված են այս տարածաշրջանում մեր ներկայությամբ»,- ասել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ղեկավարը։
Լավրովն առանձին նշել է Ղարաբաղում եւ Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի սահմանին իրավիճակի կայունացման անհրաժեշտությունը, հումանիտար խնդիրների լուծման, տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցությունների ապաշրջափակման եւ խաղաղ համաձայնագրի տեքստի համաձայնեցման անհրաժեշտությունը։ Արտգործնախարարը հավելել է փորձագետների, հասարակական կազմակերպությունների, խորհրդարանականների շփումների զարգացումը, նշելով, որ նման փորձ արդեն եղել է, եւ այն նույնպես կարեւոր քայլ կլինի վստահության ամրապնդման համար։
