Հայաստանի իշխանությունների վարած անվտանգային ոչ պրոֆեսիոնալ և դիվանագիտական անհետևողական քաղաքականությունը Հայաստանի շուրջ շարունակում է ստեղծել նորանոր վտանգներ, որոնց նկատմամբ դիմադրողականությունը ոչ միայն բավարար չէ, այլ նաև նվազում է։
 
Միևնույն ժամանակ, իշխանությունների կողմից Արցախի և Արցախի քաղաքացիների նկատմամբ պարտավորություններից ամբողջական հրաժարումը օրնօրի խորացնում է նաև Արցախի շուրջ առկա խնդիրը։
Այս ամենի պարագայում Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է իր հետևողական քաղաքականությունը հայկականության դեմ՝ փորձելով հասցնել առավելագույն վնասներ Հայաստանին, Արցախին, հայ ժողովրդին։ Ակնհայտ է, որ Հայաստանի իշխանություններն այլևս ի զորու չեն ստանձնել պետության և ժողովրդի նկատմամբ ունեցած նվազագույն պատասխանատվությունը։
 
Միևնույն ժամանակ, ողջունելի են Արցախի քաղաքական ուժերի միասնական պայքարին ուղղված գործողությունները, որոնք պետք է կարևոր նախադրյալ դառնան հայկական աշխարհի համախմբման համար՝ հանուն Հայաստանի և Արցախի առջև առկա խնդիրների լուծման։
 
«Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցությունն արձանագրում է, որ բազմաթիվ օբյեկտիվ և սուբյեկտիվ պատճառներով, առկա իրավիճակից դուրս գալու ճանապարհը բավականին բարդ է ու երկարատև և պատրաստ է առաջնորդել խորքային և բովանդակային փոփոխությունների պայքարը՝ ժողովրդի վստահությանը արժանանալու միջոցով երկրի կառավարումը ձախողած ուժին իշխանազրկելու և ստանձնելու Հայաստանի և Արցախի համար ամբողջական պատասխանատվություն։
