4 մարդու կյանք խլած վթարի մեջ մեղադրվող վարորդին կտեղափոխեն Հայաստան

Սիսիան-Մեղրի ավտոճանապարհին անցած տարվա հուլիսին տեղի ունեցած ողբերգական վթարի մեջ կասկածվող վարորդին հայտնաբերել են Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում եւ այս պահին միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ նրան ՀՀ տեղափոխելու համար:
Այս մասին հայտնեցին քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Ըստ ՔԿ-ի՝ Սյունիքի մարզի Կապան քաղաքի բնակիչ Ա. Հովհաննիսյանը հուլիսի 23-ին ակնհայտորեն խախտել էր ճանապարհային երթեւեկության կանոնները, դուրս եկել հանդիպակաց գոտի, այնուհետեւ ձախ կողնակ, որտեղ բախվել էր «Օպել Վեկտրա» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենային: Վթարի հետեւանքով հիշյալ մեքենայի վարորդ Ա. Պողոսյանը, ուղեւորներ Ա. Գասպարյանը, Ք. Գասպարյանը եւ անչափահաս Մ. Ալեքսանյանը ստացած մարմնական վնասվածքներից տեղում մահացել էին, իսկ մյուս 3 ուղեւորները տեղափոխվել էին զինվորական հոսպիտալ:
Ավտովթարից հետո Ա. Հովհաննիսյանը թողել էր ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահարի վայրը եւ դիմել փախուստի:
Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել էր քրեական գործ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 242-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի եւ 244-րդ հոդվածի հատկանիշներով:
Հուլիսի 28-ին Ա. Հովհաննիսյանը ներգրավվել է՝ որպես մեղադրյալ, նրա նկատմամբ հայտարարվել է հետախուզում, իսկ նույն օրը Սյունիքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը որոշում է կայացրել՝ նրա նկատմամբ խափանման միջոցը կալանավորումը ընտրելու վերաբերյալ:
Սեպտեմբերի 14-ին Ա. Հովհաննիսյանը ՌԴ ոստիկանության կողմից հայտնաբերվել է եւ ձերբակալվել: Օրենքով սահմանված կարգով միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ նրան ՀՀ տեղափոխելու համար:
