Դատարանի որոշմամբ, Աշոտ Փաշինյանին առևանգելու մեջ մեղադրվող, զոհված զինծառայողի մայրը՝ Գայանե Հակոբյանը 1 ամսով կկալանավորվի:

«Դատախազի որդի երիտասարդ դատավոր Ժորան որոշեց կալանավորել տիկին Գայանեին, ում որդի Ժորան զոհվել է Հայրանիքի պաշտպանության ժամանակ»,-նշել է փաստաբան Ռուբեն Մելիքյանը։

Փաստաբան Վահան Հովհաննիսյանը նշել էր, որ ցուցմունքի բավարարման դեպքում 191-րդ հոդվածի երկրորդ մասի 1-ին կետով սահմանվում է 4-8 տարվա ազատազրկում. համարվում է ծանր հանցագործություն (մարդու առևանգումը, որը կատարվել է անձի կամ նրա մերձավոր ազգականի կամ մերձավորի նկատմամբ` կապված այդ անձի կողմից իր պետական, քաղաքական, ծառայողական, մասնագիտական կամ հասարակական գործունեության կամ պարտքի կատարման հետ)։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Քննչական կոմիտեից հայտնել էին, որ 2023թ․ մայիսի 17-ին ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանությունում Աշոտ Փաշինյանը հանցագործության մասին հաղորդում է ներկայացրել այն մասին, որ նույն օրը՝ մայիսի 17-ին՝ ժամը 12:47-ի սահմաններում, Երևան քաղաքի Գ.Նժդեհի փողոցում գտնվող ՀՀ վերաքննիչ դատարանի դիմացի հատվածով քայլել է դեպի Գ.Նժդեհի հրապարակ։ ՀՀ վերաքննիչ դատարանի բակում կանգնած են եղել 2020թ․ պատերազմի ժամանակ զոհված զինծառայողների ծնողները։ Երբ նրանցից շուրջ 50 մետր անցել է, նրանք արագ քայլելով մոտեցել են իրեն, ձայն տվել, ոմանք նաև որոշակի  «ռեպլիկներ» են հնչեցնել:
