Մենք օրենքով քրեականացնելու ենք Հայաստանի անունից Արցախն Ադրբեջանին հանձնելու ցանկացած փորձ. Ավետիք Չալաբյան

Երեկ Կոռնիձորում, Հայաստանի և Արցախի Հանրապետությունների սահմագծում տեղի ունեցավ հանրահավաք ի պաշտպանություն հերոսական Արցախի, որին մասնակցեց Հայաստանից և սփյուռքից ժամանած մեր մի քանի հազար արժանապատիվ հայրենակից: Ես պատիվ ունեցա ելույթով դիմել այնտեղ հավաքված մեր քույրերին և եղբայրներին: Ելույթիս մեջ շեշտել եմ չորս կարևորագույն թեզեր՝
ա) մենք պետք է անվերապահ զինվորագրվենք մեր հայրենիքի պաշտպանությանը, և մեր զավակներին դաստիարակենք այդ ոգով, յուրաքանչյուրս սկսելով մեզանից,
բ) Որպեսզի Հայաստանի ոչ մի իշխանություն երբևիցե չհամարձակվի հրաժարվել Արցախից, Արցախի ինքնորոշման իրավունքը, և ՀՀ Անկախության հռչակագիրը կասկածի տակ դնող ցանկացած գործողություն պետք է քրեականացվի և պատժվի ամենայն խստությամբ՝ որպես մեր երկրի սամանադրական կարգի դեմ ուղղված հանցագործություն,
գ) խաղաղության ցանկացած պայմանագիր Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև պետք է լինի արդար, և հիմնված լինի մեր ազգային հարատև իրավունքների վրա: Ցանկացած պայմանագիր, որը կնքվելու է Հայաստանի նկատմամբ ուժային պարտադրանքի միջոցով, երկար կյանք չի ունենալու,
դ) որպեսզի վերը ասածը տեղի ունենա, մենք պետք է հզորանանք որպես երկիր: Որպեսզի մենք հզորանանք, մեր երկիրը պետք է լինի ոչ միայն ազատ ու անվտանգ, այլև արդար ու բարեկեցիկ, մեր հասարակությունը առաջնորդվի սիրով և համերաշխությամբ, դրանով մենք ճանապարհ կբացենք դեպի նոր հաղթանակներ:
