Խորհրդային Միության գլխավոր շտաբի 1975 թվականի քարտեզը կարող է և պետք է հիմք հանդիսանա սահմանագծման աշխատանքների համար։ «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ մայիսի 22-ին հրավիրված մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ այս մասին ասաց վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, անդրադառնալով սահմանազատման գործընթացին վերաբերվող հարցին։
Վարչապետը նշեց, որ Հայաստանը վերահաստատում է Ռուսաստանի այն դիրքորոշումը, որ սահմանազատման գործընթացը պետք է իրականացվի Խորհրդային Միության գլխավոր շտաբի 1975 թվականի քարտեզների հիման վրա և այդ քարտեզներով արձանագրված սահմանագծից զորքերի հայելային հետքաշում, որն, ըստ վարչապետի, կապահովի սահմանին կայունություն։
«Պետք է գոհունակությամբ արձանագրեմ, որ մենք այս խնդիրը տեսնում ենք արդեն ձևակերպված միջազգային հանրության կողմից, ինչը բավականին կարևոր է և ողջունելի։
Ադրբեջանի դիրքորոշման տեղաշարժ այս առումով չեմ կարող արձանագրել, միևնույն ժամանակ ընդգծեմ, որ սահմանային անվտանգության ապահովումը բանակցային գործընթացի կարևոր մաս է։
Ոչ մի գաղտնիք չկա նրանում, որ Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է վարել ռազմական ճնշման քաղաքականություն, փորձելով ռազմական ճնշման միջոցով ավելի նպաստավոր պայմաններ ստանալ բանակցությունների ընթացքում, բայց միևնույն ժամանակ պետք է արձանագրեմ, որ դա միջազգայնորեն ստանձնած պարտավորության խախտում է, որովհետև 2022 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 31-ի Սոչիի հանդիպման արդյունքներով ընդունված հանդիպման ժամանակ կողմերը պայմանավորվել են և պարտավորվել են խուսափել ուժի կամ ուժի սպառնալիքի գործադրումից։ Մենք պետք է շարունակենք մեր աշխատանքը»,- ասաց վարչապետը։
Փաշինյանն ընդգծեց նաև, որ զորքերի հայելային հետքաշումը ինքնին չի կանխորոշում սահմանագծման աշխատանքները, խոսքն ուղղակի սահմանային իրադրության կայունությունն ապահովելու մասին է։
«Կարծում եմ, որ 1975 թվականի քարտեզը կարող է և պետք է հիմք հանդիսանա նաև հետագա սահմանագծման աշխատանքների համար, որովհետև դա է ենթադրում 2022 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 6-ի Պրահայում ձեռքբերված պայմանավորվածությունները՝ Ալմաթիի հռչակագրի հիման վրա սահմանազատում իրականացնելու վերաբերյալ»,- եզրափակեց Փաշինյանը։
