86,6 հազար քառակուսի կմ տարածքը ներառում է նաև Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը։ Այսօր մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ հայտարարեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը` հստակեցնելով, թե ինչ է նշանակում, որ Հայաստանը ճանաչում է Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը 86,6 հազար քառակուսի կմ տարածքով։
«Բայց նաև պետք է արձանագրել, որ մենք ասում ենք` Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայության իրավունքների և անվտանգության հարցը պետք է քննարկվի Բաքու– Ստեփանակերտ ֆորմատով»,– նշեց Փաշինյանը։
Վարչապետը չհամաձայնեց լրագրողի որակման հետ, թե ՌԴ–ն Հայաստանի թշնամին է ու հավելեց, որ ՀՀ–ն պետք է ամեն ինչ անի, որ երկու երկրների գործընկերային հարաբերությունները խորանան և զարգանան։
Անդրադառնալով հարցին` արդյոք ՀՀ կառավարությունն Արցախը ճանաչում է Ադրբեջանի մաս, Փաշինյանը նշեց` ՀՀ բոլոր կառավարությունները ճանաչել են Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը։
«86,6 հազար քառակուսի կմ տարածքային ամբողջականությունը ՀՀ–ն պատրաստ է ճանաչել, և մեր ընկալմամբ` Ադրբեջանը պատրաստ է ճանաչել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության 29,8 հազար քառակուսի կմ տարածքային ամբողջականությունը»,– շեշտեց Փաշինյանը։
Նա հավելեց, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայության իրավունքների և անվտանգության հարցը պետք է քննարկվի Ստեփանակերտ–Բաքու երկխոսության ֆորմատում, և Հայաստանը կարևոր է համարում այդ բանակցություններում միջազգային երաշխիքների ստեղծումը։
