Հայաստանը պատրաստ է ճանաչել Ադրբեջանի 86.6 քկմ տարածքային ամբողջականությունը, որը ներառում  նաև Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը, սակայն Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայության իրավունքների, անվտանգության հարցը պետք է քննարկվի Բաքու-Ստեփանակերտ երկխոսությամբ:

«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին հայտարարեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իր ասուլիսում: 

«86.6 հազար քառ. կմ-ն ներառում է նաև Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը: Բայց նաև պետք է արձանագրել, որ մենք ասում ենք, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայության և իրավունքների, անվտանգության հարցը պետք է քննարկվի Բաքու-Ստեփանակերտում ձևաչափում»,-ասաց Փաշինյանը:

Անդրադառնալով գործող կառավարության դիրքորոշմանը՝ վարչապետն ասաց՝ ՀՀ-ի այսօրվա կառավարությունն ինչ ասի-չասի, ՀՀ բոլոր կառավարությունները ճանաչել են Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը:

«Ադրբեջանի 86.6 հազար քառ. կմ տարածքային ամբողջականությունը Հայաստանը պատրաստ է ճանաչել: Եվ մեր ընկալմամբ՝ Ադրբեջանը պատրաստ է ճանաչել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության 29.800 քառ. կմ տարածքային ամբողջականությունը: Եթե մենք այս հարցում Ադրբեջանի հետ ճիշտ ենք հասկանում իրար, Հայաստանն, այո, ճանաչում է Ադրբեջանի 86.6 հազար քառ. կմ տարածքային ամբողջականությունը՝ այն ըմբռնմամբ, որ Ադրբեջանը ճանաչում է Հայաստանի 29.800 քառ. կմ տարածքը»,-ասաց Փաշինյանը:

ԼՂ հայության իրավունքների և անվտանգության հարցը պետք է քննարկվի Ստեփանակերտ-Բաքու երկխոսության ֆորմատում: Վարչապետը շեշտեց՝ հայկական կողմը կարևոր է համարում այդ բանակցությունների միջազգային երաշխիքների ստեղծումը: «Նկատի ունենք, օրինակ, որ կարող է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայության իրավունքների և անվտանգության հարցն ուղղակի մոռացության մատնվել, և Ադրբեջանը շարունակի ուժային լծակի գործադրմամբ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայության էթնիկ զտման և ցեղասպանության քաղաքականությունը»,-ասաց Փաշինյանը՝ շեշտելով, որ կարևորում են երաշխիքները, որ այդ քաղաքականությունը չի շարունակվելու:

Անդրադառնալով հարցին, թե արդյոք տարածքային ամբողջականությունը ներառո՞ւմ է անկլավները՝ վարչապետը դրական պատասխան տվեց: 29.800 քառ. կմ-ի մեջ անկլավները նույնպես մտնում են, դրա մեջ մտնում է նաև Արծվաշենը: 86.600-ի մեջ այդ հաշվարկներով մտնում են նաև անկլավները: «Սա քաղաքական դիրքորոշում է, բայց հարցի իրավական մասը դեռ պետք է դիտարկել ու նայել»,-ասաց Փաշինյանը:

Նա հավելեց՝ սահմանագծի հետ կապված հստակ ասում է, թե, օրինակ, ինչ տարբերակներ կան, անկլավների հետ կապված տարբերակները մի քանիսն են:
