Հայաստանում այս պահի դրությամբ չկան ադրբեջանցիներ, որոնք երկրում են հայտնվել մոլորվելու հետևանքով:

Այս մասին այսօր ասուլիսի ժամանակ ասաց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

«Ես հաստատում եմ, որ կա ըմբռնում, որ մոլորվելու հետևանքով հակառակ կողմում հայտնված զինծառայողները, քաղաքացիները պետք է հեշտացված կարգով հետ վերադառնան: Բայց նաև հաստատում եմ, որ այս պահի դրությամբ մոլորված լինելու հետևանքով Հայաստանում հայտնված ադրբեջանցիները չկան: Բոլոր ադրբեջանցիները, որոնք այս պահին Հայաստանում են, նրանք իրենց որոշմամբ են հատել սահմանը՝ իմանալով, որ հատում են Հայաստանի հետ սահմանը»,- նկատեց Փաշինյանը:

ՀՀ վարչապետը նաև հավելեց, որ ցանկացած ադրբեջանցի, որը մոլորված լինելու հետևանքով կհայտնվի ՀՀ-ում, հեշտացված կարգով հնարավորինս արագ կվերադարձվի Ադրբեջանին:

Անդրադառնալով հարցին, թե արդյոք բացառվո՞ւմ է, որ Հայաստանի սահմանը վերջերս հատած 2 ադրբեջանցիներին ՀՀ-ն կարտահանձնի՝ Փաշինյանն ասաց, որ հարաբերությունների կարգավորումը կարևոր ու բարդ որոշումների կայացում է նախատեսում, բայց դա միակողմանի չի կարող լինել:

«Այո, մենք պատրաստ ենք քննարկել, իհարկե, իրավական ընթացակարգերն անցնելուց հետո: Որովհետև մյուս կողմից մենք չենք կարող ուղղակի անտեսել, որ Հայաստանի քաղաքացի է սպանվել, բայց որևէ մեկի անմեղության կանխավարկածն էլ չենք խախտում: Հարցը նախաքննության փուլում է»,- ասաց վարչապետը:

Նա նկատեց, որ երբ դատարանը որոշում կայացնի, դրանից հետո իրավական ընթացակարգերը հնարավոր են համարում ամենատարբեր լուծումներ:

Հիշեցնենք՝ ՊՆ հաղորդագրության համաձայն՝ ապրիլի 10-ին՝ ժամը 01:00-02:00-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, ՀՀ տարածքում հայտնաբերվել և ձերբակալվել էր Ադրբեջանի ԶՈՒ զինծառայող: 

3 օր անց՝ ապրիլի 13-ին, ՀՀ տարածքում հայտնաբերվել և ձերբակալվել էր ադրբեջանցի երկրորդ զինծառայողը, փոխանցվել՝ ԱԱԾ-ին:

Քաջարանի համայնքապետ Մանվել Փարամազյանը հայտնել էր, որ հայտնաբերված ադրբեջանցի զինծառայողի մոտ գտել են «Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատ»-ի պահակակետում սպանված 56-ամյա կապանցու հեռախոսը: Ավելի վաղ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն հայտնել էր, որ Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում իրականացվում է քննություն՝ Կապան համայնքի Շղարշիկ բնակավայրում գտնվող ԶՊՄԿ ՓԲ ընկերության պահակակետում 56-ամյա տղամարդու սպանության հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ:

ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունն էլ հայտնել է, որ ԶՊՄԿ-ի պահնորդին, ըստ ստացված ապացույցների, սպանել է ՀՀ ներթափանցած ադրբեջանցիներից մեկը: Նրանք կալանավորվել են, Հայաստան ներթափանցած երկու ադրբեջանցիներից մեկի՝ Ագշին Բաբիրովի գործով դատավճիռ է կայացվել։
