Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, Արցախում ներքաղաքական գործընթացները շարունակում են նոր զարգացումներ ստանալ: Արցախյան մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, Արայիկ Հարությունյանի կողմից իրականացվող «քաղաքական կոնսուլտացիաների» հիմնական կռվախնձորը պետնախարարի պաշտոնն է և ուժային կառույցների համակարգման հարցը: Թերթին հայտնի է դարձել, որ այս փուլում պետնախարարի փոփոխության հարցն առժամանակ օրակարգից դուրս է եկել, իսկ Սամվել Բաբայանը շարունակում է ուժայինների վերահսկողության հարցով «բազարներ» տանել՝ նախագահին կից նոր մարմին ձևավորելու շրջանակներում:

Մեր տեղեկություններով, Արայիկ Հարությունյանը տարբեր խմբերի հետ հանդիպումներում հայտարարել է, թե հայտնվել է «երկու քարի արանքում»: Ի մասնավորի, Հարությունյանը դժգոհում է հատկապես այն պատճառով, որ շարունակվում են ճնշումները Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից, մյուս կողմից՝ ճնշումներ կան Արցախի նախկին նախագահների կողմից, ովքեր դեմ են իշխանությունը Փաշինյանի կողմից հովանավորվող դեմքերին փոխանցելուն: Նախկին նախագահները կարծում են, որ Փաշինյանը փորձում է Արցախի հանձնումն իրականացնել արցախցիների ձեռքով: Ըստ այդմ, Արցախում փորձում են ամեն գնով խոչընդոտել այդ գործընթացը:

Արցախից փոխանցում են նաև, որ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը նշել է, թե Բաբայանի կողմից կազմակերպված հանրահավաքն ամբողջությամբ տապալված է եղել, քանի որ «մի քանի հարյուր մարդով հանրային պահանջ չեն ներկայացնում», մանավանդ, որ Արցախում առնվազն 5-6 մարդ կա, ովքեր կարող են ավելի մեծ հանրահավաքներ անել ու հանրային աջակցություն ստանալ: Այլ բնորոշմամբ, Հարությունյանը տապալված հանրահավաքի հաշվին Բաբայանի առումով «ֆորա» է ստացել:
