Նոյեմբերյան համայնքում անկլավներ չկան, նոյեմբերյանցիներն ապրում են հայկական, իրենց հողում։ Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում այսպես ասաց Նոյեմբերյան համայնքի ղեկավար, «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության քաղաքական խորհրդի անդամ Արսեն Աղաբաբյանը՝ անդրադառնալով վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայտարարությանը, ըստ որի, Հայաստանի տարածքային ամբողջականության մեջ Տիգրանաշենը և Տավուշի վեց գյուղերը ներառված չեն։
«Նոյեմբերյան համայնքի ամբողջ վարչական տարածքը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածք է։ Ձեր նշած «անկլավները» մեզ համար հայրենիք է։ Մենք թշնամուն զիջելու գյուղեր և հողեր չունենք, ու նոյեմբերյանցիները չեն պատրաստվում որևէ մեկին տարածքներ հանձնել այն պարզ պատճառով, որ այդ անկլավ կոչվածի հարևանությամբ մեր վարելահողերը գտնվում են թշնամու վերահսկողության տակ։ Ի դեպ, նրանց հսկողության տակ գտնվող մեր տարածքն ավելի կարևոր ռազմավարական նշանակություն ունի»,- հայտարարեց Արսեն Աղաբաբյանը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ այսօր մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է, որ պատրաստ է ընդունել Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը՝ 86 600 քառակուսի կմ տարածքով, իսկ դրա մեջ, ըստ նրա, մտնում են անկլավները՝ Տիգրանաշենն ու Տավուշի 6 գյուղերը։
