«Սա անոմալիա է։ Երեկվա ծայրահեղ վտանգավոր ասուլիսից հետո առավոտյան ԱԺ-ն հանգիստ սկսում է աշխատանքը։ Տարբեր իրականությունների մեջ ենք. հերոսների ծնողների նստացույց, հասարակություն, որը ցույց տվեց կոշտ դիրքորոշում, անհատներ, որ չլռեցին, Արցախ, որը չլռեց, և ՀՀ ԱԺ։ Օրգանական կապը կտրվել է՝ օբյեկտիվ վտանգների, հանրության մեջ առկա լրջագույն անհանգստության, փողոցի և քաղաքական դաշտում կատարվողի միջև։
Եթե այսօրվա նիստին չլինեին Դաշնակցության ներկայացուցիչները՝ Գ. Մանուկյան, Ա. Մինասյան, ապա ամոթը կլիներ 100 տոկոսանոց։
Բայց այդ դեպքում հարց է ծագում. Դաշնակցությունն ինչո՞ւ է ԱԺ-ում հանդես գալիս այլ անունով (այլ բեռով)։ Ամեն դեպքում հստակեցումները միայն օգուտ կբերեն։
Նույնը, ի դեպ, վերաբերում է մյուս ընդդիմադիր խմբակցությանը։ Այստեղ էլ կան ակնհայտ հարցեր։
Ընդդիմադիր երկու խմբակցություններում կան զգալի թվով ունակ, պարկեշտ ու կարգին մարդիկ, բայց ձևաչափային անգործունակությունը բերում է նրանց անհատական էֆեկտիվության թուլացմանը։
Կան հետաքրքիր քայլեր, որոնք ԱԺ ընդդիմադիր խմբակցությունները կարող են անել, և որոնք հասարակության համար պայքարի ու չհամակերպվածության ազդակ կդառնան։
Օրինակ կարելի էր և հիմա էլ կարելի է նույն ժամին գնալ ոչ թե ԱԺ, այլ՝ հերոսների ծնողների մոտ, և այնտեղ անել ընդդիմադիր խմբակցությունների համատեղ բաց նիստ՝ ուղիղ եթերով։ Սա նախ հերոսների ծնողներին համերաշխության ժեստ կլինի, հետո՝ քաղաքական լուրջ միջոցառում, որը կարող է ունենալ լավ շարունակություններ։ Միևնույն է, պրոցեսները գնալու են փողոցում։
Սա հաստատ ավելի լավ գաղափար է ու ավելի արդյունավետ, քան՝ խոհեմաբար Ալենին լսելը։
Հիմա անհատական որոշումների պահն է։ Շատ կարևոր է, որ մարդիկ անհատական որոշումներ կայացնեն՝ լռո՞ւմ են, մերվո՞ւմ են, թե՞ ունեն անհատական ձայն։
Հակառակ դեպքում տպավորություն է ստեղծվում, որ երբեմն գույքի համար պայքարը ավելի ինտենսիվ է տարվում, քան՝ հայրենիքի։
Մենք իսկապես շատ բարդ, ծայրահեղ բարդ իրականության մեջ ենք։ Այս պրոցեսի առանձնահատկությունը պիտի լինի շիտակությունն ու անկեղծությունը, իրար հանդեպ ու նաև կատարվողի հանդեպ ազնիվ լինելու ունակությունը։ Իրար աչքերի մեջ նայելով պետք է անցնենք այս ծանր փուլը, միայն այդ դեպքում կունենանք հաջողություն»։
