Այսօր տեղի ունեցողը ոչ այլ ինչ է, քան սեփական ժողովրդի նկատմամբ իշխանությունների կողմից իրականացվող հոգեբանական ցեղասպանություն. Արա Աբրահամյան

Թողնել սեփական ժողովրդին Ալիևի ռեժիմի քմահաճությանը, ով բազմիցս հաստատել է հայերի նկատմամբ իր ցեղասպան քաղաքականությունը, ոչ միայն անբարոյականություն է, այլև հակասում է Հայաստանի Սահմանադրությանը, որի հիմքը, ինչպես նշված է նրա նախաբանում, Հայաստանի անկախության հռչակագիրն է, որը հիմնված է, այդ թվում, Հայկական ԽՍՀ Գերագույն խորհրդի և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Ազգային խորհրդի 1989 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 1-ի համատեղ հայտարարության վրա:

Ցանկացած պայմանագիր, որը կժխտի Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքը, հակասում է երկրի Հիմնական օրենքին, այսինքն՝ իրավական ուժ չի կարող ունենալ:

Հանձնելով Արցախը՝ Փաշինյանը հանձնում է նաև Հայաստանը և Սփյուռքը, արժեզրկում է իրեն, իր ընտանիքը, իր ավանդական արժեքներն ու սովորույթները հարգող յուրաքանչյուր հայի, ով հպարտանում է իր ժողովրդի հերոսական պատմությամբ: Այդ պատմությունը գրվել է ոչ միայն մեծ գիտնականների, մշակույթի, արվեստի ու սպորտի գործիչների կողմից, այլև մեր քաջարի զինվորների արյամբ, ովքեր վերջին 3 տասնամյակում իրենց կյանքն են տվել հանուն Հայաստանի և Արցախի անկախության:

Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցող իրադարձությունները, սկսած 2018 թվականից, ուղղված են ոչ միայն Ռուսաստանի, այլև հայերի ու ողջ հայկականության դուրս մղմանը Հայաստանից ու տարածաշրջանից: Որտե՞ղ են այսօր Ադրբեջանական ԽՍՀ կազմում գտնվող Նախիջևանի Ինքնավար Հանրապետության երբեմնի մեծամասնություն կազմող հայերը: Որտե՞ղ են մեր նախնիների այնտեղ թողնված գերեզմանները: Որտե՞ղ են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Ինքնավար Հանրապետության՝ Ադրբեջանին անցած շրջանների հայերը: Որտեղ են հայերը, որոնց ստեղծարար աշխատանքի շնորհիվ տասնամյակներով կառուցվել ու զարգացել է Բաքուն: Որտե՞ղ են Սումգայիթի հայերը: Անվտանգության ի՞նչ երաշխիքների մասին է խոսում Հայաստանի վարչապետը: Ո՞ւմ երաշխիքներին է նա հավատում: Որտե՞ղ է, այսպես կոչված, «խաղաղության դարաշրջանը», որը, ըստ Հայաստանի իշխանությունների, պետք է գար 44-օրյա պատերազմի արդյունքներով ստորագրված եռակողմ փաստաթղթով:

Պետության և ժողովրդի համար այդպիսի ճակատագրական որոշումները չեն կարող ընդունվել առանց հաշվի առնելու հայ ժողովրդի կամքը: Այսօր տեղի ունեցողը ոչ այլ ինչ է, քան սեփական ժողովրդի նկատմամբ  իշխանությունների կողմից իրականացվող հոգեբանական ցեղասպանություն:

Հայ մտավորականությունը, գործարար էլիտան, հասարակական գործիչները, այդ թվում՝ սփյուռքում ապրողները, այլևս չպետք է լռեն: Նրանք այսօր պարտավոր են հրապարակավ նշել իրենց դիրքորոշումը և դիմեն ժողովրդին, որպեսզի կարողանան արթնացնել նրան այս քաղաքական թմբիրից: Հանո՛ւն մեր հայրերի ու պապերի հիշատակի: Հանո՛ւն մեր զավակների ապագայի:

Ռուսաստանի հայերի միության նախագահ Արա Աբրահամյանի հարցազրույցն ամբողջությամբ կհրապարակվի ՌՀՄ կայքէջում:
