Տավուշի մարզից մոտ 10 հազար հեկտար հողատարածքներ արդեն 30 տարի գտնվում են ադրբեջանական զինուժի վերահսկողության տակ. Ոսկան Սարգսյան

Քանի որ ինձ շատ են զանգահարում, հարցեր տալիս Տավուշի անկլավների մասին, ուստի ավելի լավ է այստեղ պարզաբանեմ։
Տավուշի մարզում նախկինում ադրբեջանաբնակ 7 գյուղերի տարածքներ կան, որոնք արդեն 30 տարի ավերակ վիճակում են։ Դրանք բոլորը ադրբեջանաբնակ փոքր գյուղեր են եղել, բացառությամբ Ներքին Ոսկեպարի(Աշաղի Ասքիպարա), որը միջին չափի գյուղ էր։ Այդ 7 գյուղերն են Բաղանիս-Այրում, Վերին Ոսկեպար(Յուխարի Ասքիպարա),Ներքին Ոսկեպար(Աշաղի Ասքիպարա), Խերմիլի, Ղզլհաջիլի, Բարխուդարլու, Սոֆուլու։
Այդ գյուղերից խորհրդային ժամանակ միայն 2-ն են եղել անկլավ՝ Բաղանիս-Այրումը և Վերին Ոսկեպարը(Յուխարի Ասքիպարա), որոնք կղզիների նման լինելով խորհրդային Հայաստանի տարածքում՝ վարչականորեն պատկանել են Ադրբեջանի Ղազախի շրջանին, մնացած գյուղերը թիկունքով կպած են եղել Ադրբեջանին, 1990-ականների սկզբի մարտերի արդյունքում հայտնվել են Հայաստանի զինուժի վերահսկողության տակ; Այդ գյուղերի տարածքները հանձնելու դեպքում վտանգվելու է Հայաստան Վրաստան միջպետական ճանապարհի Կիրանց-Բաղանիս հատվածով երթևեկը, քանզի Խերմիլին, Բաղանիս-Այրումը, Ներքին Ոսկեպարը գտնվում են հենց այդ ճանապարհի եզրին։ Սոֆուլույի և Բարխուդարլույի տարածքների հանձնումով վտանգվելու է Իջևան-Վազաշեն-Պառավաքար-Բերդ ճանապարհով երթևեկը։ Վերին Ոսկեպարի տարածքի հանձնումով ադրբեջանական զինուժը հայտնվելու է Լոռու մարզի թիկունքում, Ոսկեպարը որպես գյուղ չի կարողանալու գոյատևել, քանզի բոլոր արոտավայրերը հանձնվելու են Ադրբեջանին, ոսկեպարցիներն էլ միայն անասնապահությամբ են զբաղվում։ Այդ տարածքները Ադրբեջանիին հանձնելու դեպքում վտանգվելու է նաև Նոյեմբերյանի տարածաշրջանի կապը Տավուշի մարզկենտրոն Իջևանի հետ։
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը փոխանակ հայտարարի, որ Տավուշի մարզից մոտ 10 հազար հեկտար հողատարածքներ արդեն 30 տարի գտնվում են ադրբեջանական զինուժի վերահսկողության տակ, խոսում է անկլավները Ադրբեջանին պատկանելու մասին։ Խորհրդային ժամանակներում շրջկոմի քարտուղարները սովխոզի դիրեկտորները մաղարիչով թուրքերին Հայաստանի սահմանամերձ հողերն էին հանձնում, այդպես են անասնապահ, քոչվոր ադրբեջանցիները ժամանակի ընթացքում մեր տարածքում փոքր գյուղեր հիմնել, այնտեղ տներ կառուցել։ Ցավոք, հայ ղեկավարների հողատվության վատ ավանդույթը հիմա ավելի մեծ թափ է առել։
