«Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության համահիմնադիր Մեսրոպ Առաքելյանը ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է․
«Դիմել եմ ՆԳ նախարարին մեքենաների առջևի կողային ապակիների լուսաթափանցելիությունը չափի խախտմամբ տրանսպորտային միջոցներ վարելու դեպքում նախատեսվող տուգանքը չկիրառելու առաջարկով՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ ՀՀ վարչական իրավախախտումների մասին օրենսգրքի 123-րդ հոդվածով նախատեսված է, որ ապակիների, արտաքին թաղանթապատում ունեցող ապակիների լուսաթափանցելիության թույլատրելի չափերը սահմանում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարությունը:
Սակայն ՀՀ կառավարության 2005 թվականի փետրվարի 24-ի «Վերգետնյա տրանսպորտային միջոցներում oգտագործվող անվտանգ ապակիների տեխնիկական կանոնակարգը հաստատելու մասին» թիվ 289-Ն որոշումը 13.01.2022թ.-ին թիվ 27-Ն որոշմամբ ուժը կորցրել է:
Հետևաբար, այլ իրավական ակտերով սահմանված կարգավորումները չեն կարող տուգանք առաջացնել, քանի որ նման կարգավորում չկա ՀՀ վարչական իրավախախտումների մասին օրենսգրքում, և անհրաժեշտ է ընդունել կառավարության որոշում կամ կատարել փոփոխություն օրենքում»,-գրել է Առաքելյանը։
