Այսօր տեղեկացանք, որ ԵՊՀ Տնտեսագիտության և կառավարման ֆակուլտետի դեկանն ու նույն ֆակուլտետի երեք դասախոս ձերբակալվել են` կաշառք վերցնելու համար: Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեն հաղորդել է, որ․ «ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունում նախաձեռնված և ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեում քննվող քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում փաստական տվյալներ են ստացվել, որ Հայկ Սարգսյանը, 2000 թվականից զբաղեցնելով Երևանի պետական համալսարանի տնտեսագիտության և կառավարման ֆակուլտետի դեկանի պաշտոնը, նույն ֆակուլտետի ամբիոնի դոցենտ Գ. Տ.-ի և այլ դասախոսների հետ խմբի կազմում՝ 2023 թվականի փետրվարից մարտն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, ֆակուլտետի տարբեր կուրսերում սովորող ուսանողների օգտին ապօրինի գործողություններ կատարելու դիմաց որպես կաշառք պահանջել և ստացել են տարբեր չափի գումարներ: 

Մասնավորապես՝ Գ. Տ.-ն, ֆակուլտետի ուսանողի օգտին ապօրինի գործողություններ կատարելու, այն է՝ առանց նրա գիտելիքները փաստացի ստուգելու վերջինիս դրական գնահատականներ նշանակելու գործընթացը կազմակերպելու համար, ուսանողից պահանջել է յուրաքանչյուր քննության համար 120.000-ական, ընդհանուր՝ 480.000 ՀՀ դրամ կաշառք, այնուհետև այդ մասին տեղեկացրել է ֆակուլտետի դեկան Հ. Ս.-ին: Ստանալով դեկանի համաձայնությունը՝ Գ. Տ.-ն վերջինիս հետ՝ նշված ուսանողին դրական գնահատական նշանակելու խնդրանքով դիմել են քննություններն ընդունող դասախոսներին: Արդյունքում ուսանողն առանց անհրաժեշտ գիտելիքների ստուգման ստացել է դրական գնահատականներ»:

«Հրապարակը» փորձեց ԵՊՀ Տնտեսագիտության և կառավարման ֆակուլտետից մեկնաբանություն ստանալ, թե ի վերջո ի՞նչ է տեղի ունեցել, ո՞ր դասախոսների մասին է խոսքը, ո՞վ կամ ովքե՞ր են նրանց կաշառք տվել, ապա հաղորդում ներկայացրել: Տնտեսագիտության ֆակուլտետի մեր աղբյուրի պնդմամբ, ձերբակալվածներն են` Տնտեսագիտության և կառավարման ֆակուլտետի դեկան, տնտեսագիտության դոկտոր Հայկ Սարգսյանը, ԵՊՀ դասախոսներ Գագիկ Տոնոյանն ու Արմեն Ներսիսյանը, մյուս դասախոսի անունը դեռևս հայտնի չէ իրենց: Մեր աղբյուրի խոսքով` կաշառքի միջադեպը կապված է նույն ֆակուլտետի հեռակա բաժնի ուսանողների հետ:

Ըստ մեր աղբյուրի` ԵՊՀ-ում առանձնապես ցածր առաջադիմությամբ սովորում են հիմնականում հեռակա բաժնի ուսանողները։ Ինչպես մեր աղբյուրն է ասում` առանց գրքի երես տեսնելու կուրսից կուրս են տեղափոխվում և եթե կաշառքի դեպք իսկապես եղել է, ապա ուսանողներն իրենք են նախաձեռնել կաշառք տալ, այլ ոչ թե դասախոսներն են պահանջել: Միևնույն ժամանակ` մեր աղբյուրը նշում է, որ ԵՊՀ ռեկտոր Հովհաննես Հովհաննիսյանն իր առջև խնդիր է դրել ազատվել բոլոր հին դեկաններից, նշանակելով այսպես ասած իր մարդկանց, այնպես որ շատ հնարավոր է, որ սա հենց ռեկտորի ձեռքի գործն է:

Հիշեցնենք նաեւ, որ Հայկ Սարգսյանը պարբերաբար քննադատում էր ՔՊ-ական իշխանություններին՝ իր վարած տնտեսական սխալ քաղաքականության համար՝ տարբեր հարցերում։
