«Մրգենի» ընկերության բաժնի պետի նկատմամբ հետապնդում է հարուցվել

Քրեկան հետապնդում է հարուցվել «Մրգենի» ընկերության ներմուծումների և գնման բաժնի պետ Մ.Ղ-ի նկատմամբ՝ խմբի կազմում, նախնական համաձայնությամբ, առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով թմրամիջոց ապօրինի իրացնելու և առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով թմրամիջոցի մաքսանենգություն կատարելու համար, հայտնում է Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը (ԱԱԾ)։ Վերջինս, ըստ ԱԱԾ-ի, դատարան ներկայացվելու համար ձերբակալվել է:
ԱԱԾ-ն ընդգծել է, որ վերոնշյալը կապված է ԱԱԾ-ի՝ մայիսի 17-ի հրապարակման հետ․ մայիսի 17-ին Հայաստանի ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը հայտարարեց մեկ տոննա կոկաինի ներմուծումը բացահայտելու մասին։ Հայկական կողմի հաղորդագրությունը հաջորդեց իտալական ոստիկանության բացահայտմանը, երբ պարզվեց, որ իտակալան նավահանգստում հայտնաբերված 2,7 տոննա կոկաինը բանանի արկղերով Էկվադորից պետք է տեղափոխվեր Հայաստան։
Ըստ Հայաստանի ԱԱԾ-ի՝ մայիսի 13-ին հարուցված վարույթի շրջանակներում հայտնաբերել են, որ Հայաստանում գործող և մրգերի ներմուծմամբ զբաղվող ընկերությունը Հայաստան 250 միլիոն եվրո արժողությամբ կոկաին է ներմուծել՝ Էկվադորում գտնվող ընկերությունից պատվիրված ապրանքատեսակի հետ տարանցիկ երկրների՝ Պանամայի, Իտալիայի և Վրաստանի տարածքով։ Թեև ո՛չ ՊԵԿ նախագահ Ռուստամ Բադասյանը, ո՛չ իրավապահները չէին ասում՝ երբ և որ կազմակերպությունն է կոկաինը ներմուծել Հայաստան, և արդյոք իտալացի իրավապահները նույն այս ընկերության՝ Հայաստան ուղարկվելիք բեռն են հայտնաբերել, իշխանամերձ մամուլում արդեն շրջանառվում էր «Մրգենի» ընկերության անունը, որը կապում են ԴԱՀԿ նախկին տնօրեն Միհրան Պողոսյանի անվան հետ։ Պողոսյանը էկզոտիկ մրգերի ներկրմամբ զբաղվող «Քեթրին գրուպի» հիմնադիրն է։ «Ազդարար» պաշտոնական կայքէջում 2020 թվականին «Մրգենի» ընկերության հասցեն «Քեթրին գրուպի» հասցեն է։
Տարիներ առաջ օֆշորային սկանդալի կենտրոնում հայտնված Միհրան Պողոսյանը հետախուզվում է, նա Հայաստանում մեղադրվում է կոռուպցիոն հանցագործությունների մեջ։
